I'd rather be submerged in brine for 90 days. Wait staff tried to exorcise my child Damien. Asked for Satan friendly menus, received a stake to the heart. Seriously the food is bad don't eat

Read reviews carefully, the majority of the reviews are for Relish Kitchen + Drink. The owner changed the name, the staff and the entire menu in January. It is now order at the counter bar food, you will not get the same service or food.

We only had a small appetizer, but it was good. The selection of craft beer was good. TVs aren't smart, so very limited as to what is on. It just opened, and we will be back!

first visit. I stopped in for a bite after being in the area on other errands. It is modern. I sat at the bar, lovely bartender (who also does hair- but I don't recall her name) made efforts to be sure my drink was perfect- as I asked for an ETOH substitution on their cocktail menu. Artichoke was fair- not great. I wouldn't order it again. The fries were amazing! Lovely live music of Spanish guitar made me want to linger. I will be back.

My friend and I ate here for the first time last night. Upon walking in we noticed a slight unpleasant odor that was a little off putting but what a beautiful restaurant! We were seated at a back table since they were pretty busy for a Thursday evening. I was facing the restroom door. It would be nice to add a curtain or a half door to block the restroom sign but anyhow, the food was delicious! I had the short ribs with mashed potatoes. The meat was falling apart tender and succulent. Mashed potatoes were good and the veggies were cooked properly. My friend had the sea bass with pesto pasta. She liked her dish as well. Portions are large! We both had leftovers. We didn't get any appetizers but several sounded good. We also had a couple of lime margaritas which were tasty. The cook/owner Diane came out of the kitchen and asked patrons including us how they liked their meals! That was a very nice and personable touch! Service was attentive and friendly and we would definitely come back. It's on the expensive side but a great restaurant addition to Gilroy!

Food was wonderful. Didn't care for the ambiance, as sounds reverberated through the restaurant, especially the sound if chairs being scraped across the concrete every time someone pushed their chair forward or backwards. Service ok

The pickings for fine dining in Gilroy are a bit slim, so when Relish opened we were excited. We stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. We got seated at a table but quickly saw that our waiter was in the weeds so we moved to the bar.The bartender was friendly but she wasn't the most talkative young lady. But maybe she's just a quiet person. I ordered a dish that came with steak and shrimp. The steak was a bit overcooked but still tender and flavorful. There was quite a bit of food. Overall, Relish is definitely a good spot for dinner in Gilroy. The menu is good and they have a well stocked bar.

We brought our special friends to Relish Kitchen for a long overdue gathering. We all had a fabulous time enjoying food and drinks. Relish has become our go to restaurant when treating out of town guests. Great food, fun environment and wonderful service. Can't wait to go back!!

It's no surprise that the food here is tasty, our meals were cooked exactly as we requested and the drinks were delicious (get the Old Fashion flight). What really sets this place apart though is the staff. Dominick provided incredible service, friendly conversation, and great recommendations on what to visit while in town. The chef also grilled up a special treat for our pup.Oh yeah, the outside dining area is "good boy" friendly and approved!

Amazing service! Amazing Brussels sprouts! Amazing burrata! They have whiskeys I have never even seen before. Incredible drinks! Ask for Joey at the bar -- he'll make ya a drink that lays ya out and rocks your socks off! It's 5 o clock somewhere, right guys? The lights in there, Jesus, forget about it, it kicks major a*** Ambiance an 11/10 for shizzle. If you are FUN and wanna have some damn FUN, get your butt down to Relish TONIGHT! Get some!

I grew up in Gilroy and I’m so happy that there’s a super quality restaurant here now. The linguine and clams special is INCREDIBLE! Great ambience, too.
