The order system screwed up so never got sent to the kitchen... manager came politely to take orders manually (30 minutes)2. 15 minutes later... approached the counter and was told food was taken by others... manager told the kitchen to work on it right away3. The quesadilla is good with loads of chicken so I believe they gave more than normal... thanks to the manager as a token of the mistakes It's the second time we experienced the order system problem at Gilroy Gardens and food came out extremely slow (both during off peak time)...at least people are courteous...food is decent for theme parks and prices are reasonable with 20% season ticket holder discounts (esp. compared to the ridiculously expensive food stands)

Worst experience you can ever have. They serve burger, fries etc. suppose to be a fast but actually slower than dmv. Only one person with back shirt actually do the work. The food is also bad. Everything is overcooked. Kid chicken nuggets are almost black.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!The food is served really cold considering the wait time for your food you would atleast expect some warm food not to mention they dont clean the tables you have to get napkins and clean them yourselves the costumer service is terrible there could be 1-10 people in the resturant and make you come up all they do is be on there phones when the cashier isnt attending people they sit down instead of helping out .100% WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Food establishment located inside Gilroy Gardens. We ordered the chicken strips meal which comes with 3 chicken strips, fries, and a fountain drink for $17.99. The chicken strips were quite tasty but the fries not so much. You get 20% off here if you're a premium member. Yes, like most theme parks, this place is run by teenagers. But not all teenage workers are created equal. The ones here, at least on the day that I visited, were working very hard!

Gilroy Gardens let me down. Its a theme park, so of course it's Expensive I understand that But...do Not let teenagers cook the food. Keep the kids on the register, the Fries are Over Salted and the Burgers are Over cooked and Dry......such a Huge Disappointment!!!!!! Who's great management idea is it to let Kids cook ??

Ordered carne asada burrito and was actually a bean burrito with a few pieces of carne asada. You could probably fit all the meat in the burrito on a teaspoon. Come on Gilroy Gardens, step up your burrito game.

Fam was hungry, so I hoped this would be a good stop between rides at Gilroy Gardens. I was disappointed. Itonically, due to covid restrictions, they had us compressed into a tiny line area (where it was impossible social distance) until one cashier opened up at the far end of the room, far from anyone. Food was overpriced (which was no surprise considering) but condiments were not there - chicken strips had to be eaten dry as there were no dips. Got a refund.
