Waited 15 minutes after pressing button to have my order taken (ultimately had to go into the employee only door to get someone), food took another 15 min, food came out cold and both drinks were poorly mixed.Staff was nice, but management needs to tighten the screws big time, new GM for sure, this performance across the board is unacceptable.

Nonexistent customer service Filthy employee uniforms unorganized menu and prices from the looks of drive-through looks very unsanitary inside ordered onion rings & a milkshake onion rings were like wood. shake was wrong toss in the trash immediately. Gilroy Hwy 152 keep it moving or you be getting home with a stomach

I was handed the wrong order for starters. I know that Sonic offers a senior discount. I was told this sonic does not. I think the manager of this slow ? service and incorrect orders needs to learn what he is actually suppose to do. Don't go poor service and wrong food.

It was just ok. Ordering was fine in the car and had the meal brought to us. Don't care for tatter tots and the fries were just ok. Not much flavor in the way they do it.

I haven't been to the Sonic in Gilroy, CA, nor can I access live or user-generated content such as current reviews from the internet. However, a good review for a Sonic location typically highlights fast service, delicious and diverse menu options ranging from classic burgers and hot dogs to unique milkshakes and slushes, and the convenience of their drive-in service. If the Sonic in Gilroy lives up to the brand's reputation, one might appreciate the friendly staff, clean and efficient service, and the enjoyable dining experience that Sonic is known for.

The food is really good! The prices shocked me a bit though! For two adults my order came to 35.00! Maybe the shock was because I rarely dine out and when I do dine out I'm usually not the one paying for it!I love the dill pickle fries! First time I had then ever anywhere and I absolutely love this side dish! Especially when the pickle fries come to room temp! That's when all the flavors come together perfectly! My pickle fries were served piping hot, nothing at all wrong with that, so I allowed them to cool and WOW, they were excellent at room temp! My order came with dipping sause, two flavors, bbque & ranch dressing, however I did not use them or need them! The food flavors are really very good!I am able to see the inside of the drive thru which the kitchen/cooking area is and this Sonics looks old and decrepit looking! Not on the outside, definitely on the inside! The employees are friendly with smiles to greet you! The employee who handles the cash when customers are paying also handles the food to give to you through the drive thru! There is no separate window for paying first then another window to receive your order! Like the way Starbucks drive thru does! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS CHANGE AT SONICS DRIVE THRU! IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR THE EMPLOYEES TO NOT HANDLE THE FOOD AND THE CASH! COME ON SONICS, THIS IS IN NO WAY A CLEAN AND HYGIENICALLY WAY TO RUN A FOOD BUSINESS! SONICS DOES A GREAT DEAL OF BUSINESS ESPECIALLY THE EVENING I VISITED THERE! THERE IS NO REASON WHY SONICS CANNOT AFFORD A TWO WINDOW DRIVE THRU TO KEEP THE DIRTY NESS OF THE CASH SEPARATE FROM THE CLEANLINESS OF THE FOOD! ?

Went there sunday at 12pm and put my order in. Wasnt till the order was paid they said that they were cleaning their ice cream machine and it'll take 30 mins for my order to come out. Shouldnt the machine have been cleaned the night before or in the morning?
