Super disappointed that I asked for a grande and it wasn't full. Coffee here isn't cheap so I would expect a full cup. Next time will go in and make sure.

Gentleman at handicapped seating was reluctant to relinquish it. Staff indifferent to assist.

AVOID!Mobile orders being down is one thing....having customers wait idly by for their order without letting them know is another.Glad Gilroy has like 4 starbucks now. Won't be returning here. From a week ago to where my mobile order was wrong, to today where they don't let people know the mobile orders are broken.Sent my order like 30 minutes prior (because you know peak time rush) get there to wait another 15 minutes (because you know giving them the benefit of the doubt, it's busy). Nah...just didn't care to let people know the mobile orders broken, no prompting customers, no sign...sweet. My grab n go turned to a 45min-1hr experience for a coffee. But hey when you're a heavily trafficked location, who cares about service and common courtesy, amirite.

Consistently the worst Starbucks in Gilroy.Wait times are always way too long.

The Staff at 2:30 are 5 girls, talking amongst themselves, only one person working.
Nice friendly staff. Inside is a bit small, but there is outdoor seating

I like it here but it’s been more than 7 times already that I have ordered from here . I always ordered and pay for extra stuff in my drinks but I never get what i paid extra for .It’s always busy maybe that’s why ?… I go back because i try to give it a chance that my drinks will be what I paid for … It’s a hit and miss sometimes.

At 10:01 this morning, Andres responded to my presence after a couple of minutes wait. The store wasn’t busy. I asked about drip coffee. He told me there was nothing available but Pike and it was so old they were throwing it away and brewing a new batch. He cautioned me that would take a long time. I ordered a pour over. He told me it would take time. I agreed to wait. I am unable to drink the other beverages. It took him some time to even start it, while going through tasks that did not involve clients’ orders. I checked on the progress with another barista, Vanessa, expressing concern that the coffee would get cold at the rate this was going. Already 20 minutes had passed. She disagreed. Said it would be fine and take a while more. Again I waited, then noticed my cup had disappeared. There was another cup on the other side of the frame. I asked what had happened to my pourover - apparently they spilled creamer on the side of the cup, so they transferred it and added more water to the filter to top up what they lost. Finally, after 35 minutes, it was ready - a cold, disgustingly murky swamp with grounds around the perimeter of the cup, and barely a sign of the creamer requested. I asked for my money back, and took my generous tip back. There was no apology.Starbucks, you should be ashamed of letting these poorly trained people provide service. I will be going elsewhere in the future. I should have taken a picture.
