I think they forgot my mobile order until I asked them where is my order and then I saw them print out the sticker and start to make my drinks. The lady who is having a poker face checked my order is probably sad or angry that she needs to work here. Just FYI, nobody force you to work, if you don’t like it, quit!!!!

I love this Starbucks location, friendly staff! I preferred a decaf and ordered a small. They gave me a large on the house because I told them I was having a bad day and they literally just made my day by giving me a little extra. Thank you!
I was really excited to come here because I’ve never seen a Starbucks like this. I also work at Starbucks and I went to use my discount and they wouldn’t honor me because I didn’t have my ID, even after I said I would show them a picture of me in my apron. My app wasn’t working to pull up my partner numbers. I said I would show them something else with my name and she said “you could have just taken that from someone else” or same thing when I said I would show the picture. “What if you got separated” just very upsetting and I’ve never experienced that from a fellow partner.
