Staff is soo friendly. I shop at Goodwill every week and usually stop by at Starbucks inside of Safeway. The coffee is always made exactly the way I like it. Brown Sugar Oatmilk is my new favorite choice 1/2 caf with some splenda ???

On my frequent trips to the outlets, I would occasionally drop into this particular store for my usual, a tall Pikes Peak with Stevia and non fat milk.I liked this particular store because whomever the manager was, did a great job of keeping their store in top shape. I always noticed how clean this store was. Team members constantly cleaning counters and other areas. The condiments section was always kept full. Sugar packets were always filled up. And one thing I particularly liked was that the cream containers always had plenty of milk or cream in them. The napkins always were filled. Even the straws were filled. Someone really keeps an eye on details. The merchandise was displayed in a neat and orderly manner. This store really shined!

Starbucks is always overpriced. I haven't had a bad experience with the crew here. They are very professional when I go in. The place is pretty new and is usually clean. Their restrooms are pretty clean as well. They could work on their speed a bit.

I think that the employees here definitely need more training. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and there is no caramel in it, and no sugar whatsoever. It was nasty nasty it was and this is a grande, not full. Employees just have an attitude that they hate their job

Very friendly, clean , staff knows there menu and ingredients very well. Great stop. They go out of there way to welcome you and make you feel wanted! Not like your inconveniencing their day by bothering them at work. Well staffed very friendly and again clean.( very important)

Came in looking for the new pink studded tumblers since I like collecting them and I politely asked the girl working the register if they had any. She was really dry and rude and just said no, I went ahead and purchased a regular glass water bottle along with a venti iced water and the girl was using her phone the whole time while ringing up my stuff. Giving me lots of judgmental looks for whatever reason and after I said thank you for ringing me up she didn't even say anything back. I went to wait for my iced water and she didn't even acknowledge me or call out my name when she put my drink on the counter, to top it off the drink was barely iced. Not sure what was up with her but I do find it comical that they have a sign set up in front of their area that says "Gilroy's Favorite Starbucks". Her attitude stank as much as the garlic aroma that you smell just off 101

Got a brown sugar oat milk expresso and it was amazing. Cold brew slated caramel is also very addicting.
