It’s very annoying when you take a detour in your route to come to order a drink. Once arriving to the drive thru it took about minute to even be greeted, we were about to leave to just order inside since they are still open. As we were about to drive off someone finally greeted us laughing. We then proceeded to order a Frappuccino but the lady behind the speaker start to laugh and say sorry they didn’t send us any Frappuccino’s today to make…… ummmm this was very rude because as a previous barista I know how annoying it is to make a Frap but to really be rude and passive I think you need to take a 10. She didn’t want to take our order and wouldn’t even offer us different options to order. We did not feel welcome at all. The service of Starbucks has gone down drastically, and I believe this location needs to get reevaluated because right across the street there’s another Starbucks that offers better service. Yes there is the convenience of the drive-thru here but to really get quality service go across the street, it’s way worth it. Especially in this economy.For the store manager and district manager, this was on April 17, 2024 @ 6:35pm. Please reevaluate the barista who is working at the drive-through.

Everytime I’ve gone through the drive through the lady Madeline helping me is always very rude. it’s really not hard to have decent manners. I’ll order a drink with a different milk substitute and if I ever ask for anything else she’ll just snap out a “are you done?”. I ordered my drink with a certain cold foam and she corrected me when that’s not even the flavor I wanted and then ignored me when I asked no salt with it. Everytime I pull up to the speaker - I don’t mind waiting at all especially if they’re catching up on orders. But they just keep telling me to wait very rude as if I’m being impatient? And never apologize for making me wait so long and just make my experience miserable. You guys just opened and you’re already the worst Starbucks I’ve had to deal with in town. I’ve been nothing but patient and nice with this spot and gave it multiple try’s and I’m disappointed everytime.

Waited for my order for 20 minutes - not an issue in and of itself, but no one asked me during that time what I was waiting for. My order was ready but behind the counter. I work in retail, and I would expect to have my head ripped off if I let a customer stand in front of me for 20 minutes without so much as acknowledging them.

Not environment friendly at all. The lady at the drive thru register was very rude unprovoked, she had an attitude problem and kept slamming the window shut. This location really needs to train their employees better. This lady was clearly was having a bad day, but how is that my fault? They also don't make the drinks right. I wouldn't recommend this location. There's always a problem with this specific location.

this employees at this location are so rude and dismissive to their customers. a couple weeks ago i placed a mobile order when i arrived i saw my drinks and i waited for 10 minutes for my food items before someone asked if i was waiting for something i said yes my food items he says oh we dont have them and walks away no did you want something else or did u want a refund so i complained and the girl behind the counter starts saying loud well we dont control what we have and that wasnt the point just offer something else or ask if i want a refund, dont just walk away. Then today at 855 am i place a mobile order again for this location i arrive my drink and 1 of the 3 food items is ready there i am standing there again for 10 minutes waiting for my food items with no employee asking if i needed anything not even a hi. i see the guy behind the counter making a bunch of food items and the ones that are done are just piling up.as i am waiting the same girl from last time goes outside with an order comes back in and loudly tells another co worker that customers are so inconsiderate for making them take there orders out to their cars in the slight drizzle. as this is happening they finally asked me if i was waiting for something i say yes 2 food items he goes and grabs them they had been sitting over there for over 5 minute's....If you dont like your job find something better. This location needs to learn to greet customers and also watch the conversations they have between co workers especially when customers are around.

This specific Starbucks has the worst furniture arrangement possible: everything is blocking the walk between the door and the counter. Ok but the service makes up for it! ♥️

I try giving this location many chances since it's closer to me but there is something always wrong with my order, it's either the drink is wrong or I'm not given my whole order, sometimes even the drinks don't seem fresh.
