The Roast Beef was tough and Stringy. Have eaten at many other Togo's the quality of meat was much better at other locations !

It takes a long time to get your sandwich made. The #9 I got had absolutely no flavor no taste. I wonder if they've changed vendor?

My hubby loves a good Togo's sandwich ... he would probably make this a four star review ... well maybe not. Even he was disappointed the past two times he got sandwiches from here. The sandwiches are kind of bland (I have to add jalapeños to mine for something flavorful. The bread is not consistently fresh and tasty. Last time I opted to get their version of Dutch Crunch bread ... well I'm not sure what they gave me but that was not a Dutch Crunch bread. Hubby too was disappointed with it. I've been to this store and the one off 1st street ... and at least at this one the folks working behind the counter are nice! So I'm compelled to give this a 2.5 star rating for the service, location parking ease, and ... I guess I'll round up to three because, in general my hubby likes the sandwiches; although, I do not! He usually bribes me now with the promise of Tiger and Bear sorbet if I agree to get a sandwich here. And I gotta tell ya, I'll do pretty much anything for a Tiger and Bear sorbet or pineapple soft serve.

Terrible service, terrible food , everything was pulled out of the freezer and microwaved. Took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and we were the only ones on there. Never again.

#9 with thousand island is all I have to say. The pastrami sandwich is one of their most popular sandwiches. Add whatever toppings and bread you want but you have to add thousand island. The best!

Best sandwich spot in Gilroy. This is the only Togo's I go to because the sandwiches are so good. Honestly offended by the bad reviews here because I know that the owners and their staff put their heart and soul into the food here.

Horrible! We ordered 7 sandwiches. The lady making them did her best. But what was frustrating is it took 20 minutes for us to get out of there when there was another employee that wouldn't help. She would take other peoples orders in between us but not help the lady making our sandwiches. Not sure if it's a store rule or whatever but in a customers point of you it was bad customer service. I even told the other employee that we had more sandwiches and that she might want to help her and she said oh no I'll help the other lady. Also they no longer have Baskin Robbins only some crappy looking ice cream. The labels for the ice cream are hand written. We did try the ice cream on a previous visit which sucked.

last customer of the night and ordered online. came inside with no one in the store and had to yell out, only for a woman to come and hadn't even seen my order but no big deal. she starts making my salad, and saw that i pressed extra dressing on the website as i was instructed, and proceeds to tell me that i need to pay 50 cent. why didn't the website charge me as I had previously paid? i wasn't trying to get over. i asked the woman, really? which she told me i had to pay 50cent. i looked at my watch as it's 9pm and i'm clearly the last customer in the ghost town. i proceeded to my car to get the 50 cent. clearly why there's no one there, customer service is trash.also, the salad tasted old and meh. won't be back.

The food wasn't bad but the cleanliness of the counters, tables, floor and bathroom were appalling. We should have walked out but were too hungry on our road trip. The service was painfully slow for being the only customers and the prices don't match the menu. every sandwich cost $1-2 more at the register. I hope we don't get food poising, go down the street to subway!

I went in and ordered a sandwich. The women was not wearing a hat or hair net. She had bangs and hair hanging over her ears. I asked..shouldn't you be wearing a hat or hair net...She said she can't because she is allergic to them. She went on to touch her hair an forehead then was going to make my sandwich...I said wait...change your glove you just touched your hair...I won't go back there...she should not be making sandwiches.

My Mediterranean chicken wrap was fine, but as others have mentioned service was very slow. There were two staff, and only one couple ahead of me, and I think it took at least 15 minutes to get my order. Things were moving so slow I was close to leaving to find a different option. I can't imagine what it would have been like if the place was actually busy.

I mean it's ok, they don't have as much options as subway and you can't see the ingredients they have.
