This is my go to togos in Gilroy. Today when I went in there were two young girls were working and the shorter one was sweet but the taller one was rude. I asked for no mayo as I am allergic and when I got home there was Mayo on my sandwich so I went back. They were super busy and only the shorter girl was working on helping people, the taller one was catching up with a friend doing nothing while her co worker actually worked.

I Love going to this specific location because I love the customer service especially from Andy! He is the nicest guy and he took care of my large party needs just yesterday! Everything was made perfectly and was done even though I got there a little early! Everyone loved the sandwiches! Thank you again so much to Andy and his wonderful staff !

Most of the time I have no idea if they will actually complete my order, when I do it online.. The owner is cheap. I usually drive acrosstown to the other togos, and when I dont I regret it.

I went in on Saturday night after going to Gilroy Gardens. I've never been to this particular Togo's. Person who made my sandwich's name is Jessica and I've rarely come across someone as kind and thoughtful as she was. Made my order perfectly and engaged in pleasant conversation while she did it. I've been going to Togos most of my life, but no matter how much you love the food at a place it's the people that work behind the counter that make the real difference. I would definitely go out of my way just to go back.

Wife ordered the pastrami sandwich yesterday and got food poisoning and was vomiting all night. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this Togos hence the review, not going back and letting everyone I know to stay away from this Togos. I used to work at a Togos and since they have been a franchise stuff like this happens, it’s a bummer people’s like to cut corners and serve old ingredients and no longer care about the customer, it’s sad because I love Togos

I actually give this location zero stars. This is at least the second time that I walked in to get a sandwich and the service was so slow. I ended up walking out the door. I gave him another chance due to convenience, but it's disappointing every time. Not to mention that they skimp on the ingredients. Rumor has it that the manager is terrible and has lost a great deal of staff. I don't blame them. He needs to go. Otherwise, this establishment is going to loose a lot of customers and sales.
The best sandwich makers are Cynthia and Brenden. Every time I order from them I get the perfect sandwich very quickly. Anytime I order from someone else it's a complete Sh!t show. Anything from the hot sandwiches being cold (when we sit in lobby after ordering), or not assembled the way requested. Every Togos sandwich maker needs to be efficient, unfortunately upper management have been lacking on their quality control tasks with employees and being out of stock on certain items. If the owner/manager sees this, give Cynthia & Brenden a HUGE raise! Oh and during staff meetings, you need to have all your employees make the same sandwich, weigh and exam it. The ones who don't meet the standard should no longer be Togos employees.

The young man that helped me out, he wears 1 ear bud, he was so friendly and sweet with me and my husband, he had such a great attitude and he made our sandwiches perfect!! I truly don't understand how you people don't understand that they do run out of items especially when they get busy, so take that into consideration. If it wasn't for them, then I guess y'all would have to make your own at home, or go somewhere else. So next time be considerate and don't be so rude with these young adults trying to get by. Next time I come through I'm definitely going to him again!!

I haven't been to Togos in awhile and since I don't have one in my town i decided to stop by. I was served by this young man with earbuds. He was friendly and accommodating. I am a little picky on how my sandwiches are made but he was so great about it. I absolutely loved how my sandwich turned out, he made my experience very memorable and when I am back in Gilroy, I will only go to him!
