take a wide right turn to safely get in to their yard. otherwise, you will have an extra load of a light post. checking in was friendly, the lady at the desk she’s really cool and helpful. she even gave me some flat bread to take with me. a good place to get loaded.

Unfortunately, the OASIS PITA bread’s quality has become so bad lately. We hope that you will bake it as good as before.

Their bread has become so bad. It seems that to save some fuel, they don’t bake their bread for long enough that their bread ends up being almost like raw dough.

Excellent lavash! My entire family loves this bread so much. They don't sell it from their baking location but you can buy it at local markets like International Food or Rose Market. Highly recommend!

I have been buying this Lavash from a middle eastern market in San José for years now. This is excellent Lavash. Always fresh and very flavorful. Also if you drive down Leavesley you can smell the heavenly aroma of the Lavash being baked and created.

Great flatbreads and the owners are a real family business.

They bake the Best, Delicious Flatbread!!! With endless possibilities, especially with the holidays coming up. I purchased a few bags at Nob Hill & Safeway.

This is not a retail like you get donuts and pastries. You find their bread at Safeway, Sprouts, and other retail outlets. Their flatbreads are superb, California Lavash, Naan, Noor and pita breads. You can tell by the BACK of the bread package if it is Wheat Valley Bakery.

I recently bought a wrap somewhere that used lavash, so when I saw a $2.99 package of whole wheat lavash at Dean's Produce in downtown San Mateo, I decided to try it at home. Wow, it was so good. This stone ground Whole Wheat Lavash by Wheat Valley Bakery lasted 2 weeks in the frig. I think the package had 6 sheets, but they were so large (about 12"x17"), I cut them in half to make my quesadilla. A whole slice has 13g of carbs, no fat, 95 mg of salt, 2 g protein, so fairly healthy and in my opinion, much healthier than a tortilla. I couldn't find a place more local to me to buy this stuff. The website on the package doesn't work (wheatvalleybakery.com and wheatvalley.com). So that's why I'm posting this review. I'm hoping someone can tell me where else I can buy this lovely lavash closer to the Palo Alto area. Cheers everyone!

Best Pita Bread ever!! This company needs to send to Winco in Albany Oregon. Oregon doesn't sell pita like this. I so missed this kind of pita bread!
