I am writing to you with a mixture of disappointment and concern regarding my family and friends' experience at the party we recently hosted at your venue. While we initially had high hopes for a memorable event, there were several issues that arose, particularly with the quality of service provided by your staff.Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the positive feedback we received from our guests regarding the delicious food and the tastefully decorated venue.However, as the event progressed, we noticed a significant decline in the attentiveness and professionalism of your wait staff. It appeared as though their enthusiasm for their work waned after the first hour, which resulted in numerous grievances from our guests. I would like to bring the following matters to your attention:1. It was disappointing to hear that not all of the Cheese boreks were placed on the table, as some guests mentioned that they did not receive any. Furthermore, it was even more disheartening to learn that some of the Cheese boreks were removed from the table before our guests had a chance to enjoy them. This lack of organization and consideration was unfortunate.2. Another major complaint we received pertained to the packaging of leftover food. Despite specific requests made by our guests to your wait staff, not all of the leftover food requested was packaged. This oversight was especially concerning, as we had paid for the remaining food and it was only fair to honor any request to package the food. All of the food that was served and not consumed should have been packaged to go, despite any concerns the wait staff may have had about its shelf life, such as with the caviar.3. A particularly distressing incident involved a blonde waitress serving table 2, who managed to break four plates during the event. Regrettably, some of the broken shards landed on our elderly guests, causing them discomfort and creating an embarrassing situation for us as hosts. This kind of carelessness and lack of attentiveness is unacceptable and should have been avoided.4. One issue that affected the overall experience for both guests and hosts was the inadequate ventilation within the venue. The temperature became excessively hot, and it was evident that proper measures were not taken to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone present. Given the importance of temperature control, especially in a venue of your caliber, this oversight was disappointing.On a personal note, I would like to express my own feedback regarding a few additional matters:1. Considering the elegant nature of your venue, the use of paper plates and cups for serving cake and coffee was inappropriate. While I understand the desire to manage costs, it would have been more fitting to provide small porcelain Espresso Cups and Saucers for these items, especially towards the end of the event.2. It would have been greatly appreciated if we had been informed about any ongoing construction or other circumstances that may have impacted the event well in advance. This would have allowed us to adequately prepare and make necessary arrangements, such as strategically placing fans to alleviate the uncomfortable heat. Even though the event would not have been canceled, effective communication on your part would have been invaluable.3. Lastly, when settling the final bill, we were surprised to hear Arthur mention that he would be charging for 40 people, contrary to the information conveyed in your text message. According to the message, Zoya, who is 7 years old, was to be charged at half price, while Ella, who is 4 years old, was to be admitted free of charge. While the price difference may not have been substantial, the inconsistency felt disingenuous and left us questioning the integrity of our prior discussions on pricing.In conclusion, I regret to say that I cannot fully endorse the bridal shower as the successful and elegant event I envisioned when we first met to discuss details.

It was my first time visiting this place. We attended a memorial service, no complaints. Bright room, polite waitresses and good food. Parking was a valet one.

This restaurant has the highest quality seafood and steak. We were here for a catered birthday party and the food was sensational...by far the best tasting in LA. The tables were overflowing with delicious food and each dish tasted better than the previous.I loved the patio lounge and the bar upstairs. Very spacious, nicely designed, and great layout ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This spot is my preferred one. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The crew is very welcoming and the cuisine they offer is so tasty. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.
