The good:My husband and I were already full but we couldn't turn down an opportunity to get some cream puffs from brrr. I tried Oreo, matcha and strawberry cream puffs with vanilla and Vietnamese coffee cream filling. I got six and liked the cute packaging. These are great options for potlucks or parties (if there's a fridge available). I like the light texture of the puff and the subtle sweetness of the custard. My husband is a sucker for these desserts. Their logo is super cute. The bad;The Vietnamese coffee filling was butter. The custard oozed out too easily. It was messy to eat. The matcha puff didn't have much matcha flavor. I wish there were more cream flavor options. The interesting;These shops are always located inside a mall or market. I've been to 4 other locations and each one sells flavors that seem to be slightly different from one another.

Was excited to try them since I heard they were really good. I got the strawberry eclair with vanilla filling. IMO they are okay for a quick snack when you can't find something better to have. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the taste. If you like super sweet filling then you'll love it. They do stuff them with a lot filling. But that's pretty much all you can taste.

Tucked away just off the main food court, the Beard Papa is hidden from most of the foot traffic in that section of the mall. You either have to be looking for it or serendipitously find it while wandering the mall. If you've had Beard Papa's they have excellent cream puffs with a variety of fillings and shells. They're light and airy and are an excellent treat to have while shopping at the mall. They can be a little messy with the powdered sugar and a generous dollop of cream filling so watch yourself. It's mall food court so it's loud and the tables are kind of haphazardly cleaned, but it's a good chance to get off your feet. I recommend this place over the Dunkin Donuts nearby.

My latest visit to Beard Papa's was good. I couldn't resist. I ended up getting the 6 pack. One thing I did notice was that most of their pre-set paired classic shells and flavors are the best. I don't know why I ever thought that I' need to sorta second guess them. I love their classic custard filling in any and all of the shells, esp the churro one. I wanna get that the next time I stop by, if they still have it. One thing that I can say is that you should let these little guys warm up a little bit from the time that you purchase them. If not, the shell might be a bit hard. It's not a bad hard texture or anything but it might just taste that much bette if you do wait. I got nothing but great customer service. And although there was a rather lengthy line that I was in, it was worth the time. The employees thanked us for our patience and did a great job in getting us through the line quickly and without any errors. Awesome!

thanks to my aunt for introducing me to beard papa.located inside the glendale galleria mall, beard papa cream puffs is exactly like the name says, giant puffs filled with whatever cream of your choice. i love the original and green tea not too sweet just right. you could tell everything is freshly made. perfect with coffee or tea.highly recommend beard papa for dessert.

We stopped by on the perfect day because they were having their 1 year anniversary celebration with a special promo, buy 1 get 1 free eclair shells all day on 2/19/2023. We got the Green Tea Eclair Shell, Strawberry Eclair Shell, and Honey Butter Eclair Shell (x2) all with original vanilla filling. Our favorite was the honey butter ones. It was so yummy and not too sweet. The green tea and strawberry cream puffs were too sweet, maybe it's the icing on top. Quick service and it wasn't busy at all. We ordered and got our cream puffs immediately. You need to eat these right away when it's still fresh. Otherwise it wouldn't taste as good.

I was so excited to try this place I had been eyeing at galleria! I ordered a ice tea and two of the cream puffs and was rejected a cup of water!!! Unbelievable! After being a paying customer I was refused a small cup of water. The employee said "we don't really do that here" with a disgruntled look. I also had to ask for napkins (since none were given) and only gave me 2 knowing that the cream puffs are extremely messy. She did not look like she wanted to be working. Definitely won't be coming back , customer service should be your number one priority. So stingy.
