My pregnant cousin ordered and her feet were hurting and she seen every sitting down so she did the same thing and he came and slammed the plate of pizza on the table first off that is so rude and just walked away will not be coming back .

Ordered a 2-top build your own. They mistook it as a build your own and they offered to remake it. I asked if it was okay to add more toppings since they charged me a full build your own while I restricted myself to two meats as I still thought they gave me a 2-top. Manager was nice and told her colleague to take the pizza out to add more meats. her colleague let out a huge sigh and shook her head which ruined it all. i never raised my voice, and also thanked and apologized for the inconvenience and their employee just had to do that. I applaud the manager for being professional but all it takes is for one negative employee to ruin someone's day. i ended up paying for a full build your own without my desired toppings as i did not want to further annoy the employee that looks like she hates her work. i hope her day gets better, but a little social awareness goes a long way.will update to a better review if subsequent visits see improvements in their employee's attitude, especially that one employee.

The review is about their unprofessional service. I like their pizza but who would want to go there where the service is provided by unprofessional staff.Last Sunday on 11/12/23, I went there to get pizza. A girl who was wearing gloves was preparing pizza with meat topping for the previous order. For my pizza, she started flattening the dough without changes her gloves. I asked her to change her gloves since I am a vegetarian but that made her angry. She yelled at me saying that from next time, I should be requesting gloves change with the order. Her attitude was beyond anything you can expect from someone in food service industry. She got more irate when I responded that it was common sense to change gloves after every order. Someone can be allergic to certain ingrediants or some many not want meat contamination like me. She rushed inside to get dough and I didn't know if she is going to spit on it (very common among workers when you return food). So I left. None of the workers have a name plate, so I couldn't get her name but I am sure that her attitude is known to everyone working there. She hates her job and should be relieved by the manager. Or, lose customers.

All I can say is next to PIZZA ? REV, there round pizza's are larger and w/ unlimited fresh toppings at a fair price plus either a medium or large fountain drinks mmmm and they have my favorite PINEAPPLE ? and I gotta have PINEAPPLE, so if you're GO To Blaze Pizza !!!

The store did not open at 10:00 a.m. as advertised, opened at 10:15 a.m. The workers are not friendly. The store is clean but the music is loud and obnoxious. The food is mediocre, typical fast food.

The fact that you can create your own pizza and eat it in less than 10 to 15 minutes is still mind-blowing ??

We had our son's 11 bday here and Jenni the manager was extremely helpful . It's was a Saturday and she allowed me to hold spots. We had an ice-cream cake and she went and accommodated that as well. A very helpful nature makes us want to come here often .. BLAZE YOU ARE ROCKING

They cross contaminate so if you're a strict vegetarian or vegan skip this place.Also Hours say 9 pm but they are open until 8 pm.

I really wanted to do 5 stars but had a few issues. First off all the service was great and the store was clean, prices are fair. My issues were the pizza toppings and sauce severely low and a bit burnt on the bottom. The ceaser salad was tasty and well portioned except for having little sauce, and my biggest complaint is the amount of huge lettuce veign or center hard part was more than %50 of the salad.To finish on a positive, the cheese basil bread was delicious, no complaints!I definitely recommend this place give it a shot next time I'll skip the salad tho.
