I usually don’t make reviews for food places but I was expecting a lot more from this place. The popcorn chicken looked so delicious, so I ordered it with a thai tea on the side, and some fries. As I got my food, the outside of the chicken was overly fried and flavorless (I tried adding ketchup, which helped a little but the taste was still unbearable). Actually, it had a very bad sandy flavor and my fries were burnt. I do gotta say that the staff was nice and the thai tea was great, I did get a refund on my food.

It's not good! Chicken has no taste and waited 15 min for it. Portion is pretty big for one serving but I couldn't finish it cause it's just plain and tasteless even the sauce. Awful I give this place 3-6 month!

The fires had no flavor and the popcorn chicken was completely raw only the outside was fried I was honestly excited to eat this it looked good but very very disappointing

Beware. The sub-par food you're served barely resembles the enticing giant pictures on the wall. (The inferior sandwich bread especially was nothing like the bread pictured.) Despite my choosing from three unappetizing sauces that thankfully came on the side, my sandwich without warning of any kind was slathered with unwanted mayo. Do yourself a favor and walk instead the few steps to Charley's.
This is my favorite food, I had never tried this kind of taste in the chicken before, a d the sauce they got is amazing, There are some guys that I have seen the 3 days that I go to lunch and buy at this store, they're Jose, Jesus and a new guy that I saw this saturday, I love to eat here because I DONT WAIT TO MUCH, PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT TASTE ON FOOD! I wish they can have cans or bottle drinks!

Jesus and Will cooked my food to perfection. Props to the crew This Sunday. My girlfriend loved her buffalo wings. I got the chicken tenders that were spicy and cooked nice and juicy. I also got the sweet potatoe fries and a jasmine green tea which made the meal even better. Awesome customer service and the seasoning on the chicken is very delicious!! Great experience here at a packed Galleria. Also the wait is worth it!!

Quick take away - food is unedible. And it took 20 minutes. The batter was overly greasy and too salty. My stomach is very unhappy with the three bites I had. And extremely limited selection of sauces and apparently they've removed Boba from the menu. I think their days are numbered. There's a reason there's no line.

9/28I decided I was craving Chicken Tenders. I got the combo 3tenders and fries and a drink. The chicken was really white and dry,no seasoning on the the breading or the chicken. It was like sand so bland and chalky. The fries were soggy and had no flavor.Im never coming to this spot. I have been a sick since eating here. Thanks for the nasty food
