Ong my fault for order Philly cheese steak on the west coast. Was as dry as Death Valley and had no seasoning. The lemonade had more sugar than an ice spice latte. Public High school Cafeteria food has more flavor. TWENTY DOLLARS do not eat here...

It looks like this Charley's Cheesesteaks has replaced the Steak Escape that was here in my youth. The were very similar and was a welcome addition in my books. Sure I've had Pat's and Gino's in Philly, but those are totally different animals to this food court offering. This is definitely gets a recommendation from me if you need a break from shopping.

Thank you to the staff at Charley's. My student had a high allergy to daily and they took extra precautions to make sure there was no cross contamination. They cleaned the grill, changed their utensils, and changed their gloves. Thank you for all you do for your customers!!!

I don't do yelp reviews but Im hoping this will help improve the quality of service. John and Carmen have absolutely the worst customer service ever!! No one was there just me and another person. I was placing my order he's speaking Spanish galore to someone behind me like I don't exist and kept on speaking his language. It's the attitude and no care how they treat customers! Also the drink was left on top of the counter didn't even have the decency to hand me my drink! When I went back for it he just pointed at it. I really would like the corporate's name and number pls. Today is August 21,2023 12:12 pm incase I get the boy's name wrong.

If I can give it a zero I would. The sandwich was not good at all. My wife ordered fries and they gave us like 8 pieces of fries. Ans when u ask for ranch. The ranch cup as two raindrops of ranch in there. Don’t eat

All the other eateries stayed open until closing time - 8 PM. But this place wouldn’t take my order at 7:30 because they said they were closed. This is pretty common these days. Work ethic in many eateries has been going downhill for a long time now.

Their very rude with señors ! The worst service ever , my father don't speak English and even when they speak Spanish they didn't want to help him , the manager is the rudest person I know

This location needs extra training. And why are they charging for a cup of water if you’re a paying customer?! And why are they remaking sandwiches for people if they’re standing waiting for it…really, you called their number? Even I didn’t hear it. Now you’re arguing about how to make the sandwich? Oh boy. Too much drama. Meanwhile I’ve been waiting 15 mins for my sandwiches.
