Chipotle in the mall offers quick service. Parking is easy to find. However, compared to other Chipotle locations, portions here seem smaller. While the quality is still great, those with big appetites may find it less satisfying. Still a good option for a quick bite while shopping.

The employee told us to order online because the system wasn’t working. We ordered online, then I went to confirm my order , the employee said they weren’t going to make my order because the ticket was received at 7pm. He said any ticket after 7pm was not going to be made. Even though google hours says they close at 8pm. He didn’t want to give a refund, just told me to do it through the app.Customer service was a horrible experience.He explained they reheat the left over meat for next day.

Oh my goodness where do I even start. I’ve always heard about chipotle this chipotle that…. And one day on a whim I asked my friend if it’s really that good, and if so, we should get it. Gurlll that was the best decision of my life. I dream of chipotle, I think of chipotle.. every day. I always appreciated my friend but on that day… my appreciation really got stronger. Without her I prob wouldn’t have tried chipotle ever or at least in a couple years. But oh my god am I thankful for her existence otherwise that wonderful chipotle would’ve never went down my stomach. The flavors.. the GUACAMOLE… the beef… oh my guyd. Favorite food ever

These workers don’t know what they’re doing. Upon asking for double chicken, they gave me a full scoop and maybe 2 pieces of chicken on the second scoop, unbelievable. I might as well have not even paid the extra money for double chicken. Also, they gave me about 1/3 of a scoop of black beans instead of a normal freaking scoop. The stinginess is crazy compared to other Chipotle’s I have been to, it’s like these guys were trying to give me the least amount of food possible. The food was good as always, but they don’t even serve you the portions they’re supposed to give out. I’d steer clear of this Chipotle in particular.

My special needs student was not able to buy a burrito today because Chipotle decided they would no longer accept cash. What about all the people that don't have bank accounts or use a check cashing service? Who live in poverty but want a "fresh" burrito? What if a homeless person scraped up enough change to buy a quesadilla? Shame on you. The special needs population at the Glendale Galleria is 100 strong. Luckily, Panda Express took his cash so he was able to eat, but I will be sharing this story in hopes that they begin to boycott this place in general. Stop making it harder for people to purchase a warm meal.

Waited 20mins in line, just for the girl to tell me they ran out of white rice. When i asked how long it would take that i can wait. I couldnt believe what i was hearing. 30mins to 45mins! Yes 30mins or more. MANAGER! PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF TO WRITE AND POST SOMEWHERE IF YOUR OUT OF ITEMS. Dont waste people's time waiting in line like this! Ridiculous.

I LOVE chipotle, but this has to be the absolute worst one. I totally get a mall location that must be very hectic, but there has never been a singular time I've been where they were not missing a menu item. The chips are ALWAYS stale, and the stations are absolutely disgusting. Some of the workers are pleasant, but a majority are just serving major attitudes. My server today stopped away when I asked if I could have a large chip instead of a small... as I paid for a large. Overall it makes me not want to eat chipotle...

Upon looking at the reviews for this location it's no surprise that there are so many negative ones. I work in the mall, and almost every experience here has been negative. Most of the time's associates are on their phone (as show in the picture) and on other occasions associates decide to serve your food with a side of attitude!! I've brought this to their attention many times and just get a rude disgusted look back from them, as someone who works at the mall I know how crucial reviews are so hopefully this one gets taken seriously.edit: forgot to add, shout out to the associate that's shown in the photo thats working the line as she was very friendly, nice and was trying her best to keep the line moving!

Horrible customer service my wife and children were standing in line for 5 whole minutes not even one word from the employees. Not a "ill be with you in a bit" or "welcome" not one peep. They didn't look at her and she was the one that was supposed to be ordering!

The wait (6 people ahead of me when I got there) was 20 minutes When I finally got to the front the girl didn't even look up- she was trying to do online orders at the same time. She didn't even look at what she was putting on my burrito- like it was comical. She put like one bell pepper because she was simultaneously building someone else's bowl. The. She ripped the tortilla and salsa liquid was dripping everywhere. It was a mess. Never again. Too long for terrible terrible service

I never write negative reviews, but this earned. I was standing in a line with my daughter for like 10 minutes and my daughter went to wash her hands before we were going enjoy Chipotle. This lady Meraya (she said that's her name) told the girl in front of me that she is her last customer. I hoped to talk to her, so when I got to the register she said that didn't see me, but Inwas there, I'm not crazy. And it wasn't 8pm yet, I looked at the watch. She was rude, unprofessional and she was throwing people food like trash. I'll never come to this location again.

The counters are extremely dirty and unpleasant. I stood in a very long that extended to the entrance, only 1 person serving food, 1 cashier, 1 cook and 2 other people do nothing. This is worst chipotle. The staff had no drive to get the line down but just stared at me.
