Walked up to the food counter and instead of being greeted by the employee, they kept their back on me for like 10 seconds. I guess I was interrupting his amazing story that he was telling the other employee. I ask him how his day is and he says nothing, just stares at me, so I guess I'll just start telling him my order. Telling him my order felt like a shake-down, where if I took longer than 3 seconds to tell him what my next ingredient was he would throw his arms open like "whats next bro?" Awful experience. Small portions, extremely salty food, sloppy as hell when I opened it up (burrito bowl). Place sucks. My stomach hurts. Never going to chipotle again. Business is on the downfall, I suppose. Chips were clumped together.

I wish I was given a receipt to be precise. The girl at the registers was not engaging and made me feel like leaving. I went in to get my boss his food. The portion was like a kids menu.

This place and the quality has gone down so much. Bad customer service, employees care more about talking to themselves about other employees than to serve the public. Restaurant is always dirty. No utensils stocked, dirty tables and counters. Floor looks like it has not been mopped in days. Trash over full. Dirty prep table.

The food was great like always but for being in a nice place in Glendale not clean , needed to clean up the table I sat down in . All the tables we're the same it was not crowded or anything like that to have this problem I normally don't say anything about a place unless it's really bad .Vegetarian options: Black beans , pinto beans , brown rice , white rice , grilled peppers , corn , Pico de Gallo , lettuce , Guac . Also plant based season protein Safritas .
I have eaten at many different Chipotle locations with no complaints or stomach problems. Can't say the same for this one. I decided to eat here just before they closed with some friends. I got food poisoning and threw up WHOLE beans and Pico De Gallo 4 times the next day. Don't eat anything from this Chipotle location. Never eating Chipotle again!

Made a online order and they literally burnt the non stick sheet into my quesadilla.
I order here all the time, and this last order was the absolutel worst. Ordered for pickup at 7pm today and I opened my burrito to find this monstrosity of a carne asada burrito rolled up into a mess. I definitely have to eat it with a fork, because the whole thing is ready to fall apart.The queso is usually filled to the top, but this time it was missing about 1/3 of the cheese.It seems to be the same girl who's usually making these burritos/partially filled cheese containers because every time the burritos are undersized or made like the one pictured. Enough is enough and I hope something gets done about this.

Ordered a chicken burrito with guac to go, but got this monstrosity when I opened it up. The worker who made it seemed new and looked like she was having trouble wrapping my burrito but I didn't pay much attention since I've never had issues in the past with any burrito. Super disappointed with my lunch and never expected this type of quality from this business or any business. I don't completely blame the worker as this seems like a lack of poor training and management for something like this to be served to customers.
