Always great for decent pizza. At times they have forgot the garlic sauce in the bread crust but other than that. Everything's is good. Service is quick and the staff is helpful.

I really hope the management reads this. Whoever was the guy working on the phone the night of Dec 4th, AWFUL! We ordered online at 11pm for an event(birthday) at 12am since the app lets us and the store is open until midnight. Shortly got a call back from this guy letting us know that the oven isn't working, which is fine but we just asked him what alternative he can offer since we were relying on that place and it was too late to order somewhere else. He was VERY VERY arrogant and rude, with a blaming tone, ironic and sarcastic, could not listen to us, blamed for being disrespectful while we weren't. Said whatever he wanted and hang up. I myself work with customers and I understand that all of us have our bad days, but it's one thing feeling sad and not wanting to communicate, and being rude to a customer who's just trying to get food.

We moved recently and I have to say this Domino's location is the best! The dough tastes much better than any other domino's. We live in an area that can be channeling to deliver. They are fast and delivery is easy, the drivers actually read my delivery instructions and I appreciate that! The SPICY BBQ chicken is also delicious!!

Words cannot adequately describe the abysmal experience We had at Domino's Pizza Store #8138. From the moment I picked up my order, it was clear that this establishment had absolutely no regard for quality or customer satisfaction.Upon arriving home, my hopes of a delicious pizza were shattered when I discovered that the three pizzas I had ordered were nothing short of a disaster. The pepperoni pizza was a sad excuse for a meal, as it lacked the very ingredient it was named after. How does a pizza place manage to forget the pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza? I have no idea.If that wasn't bad enough, the BBQ chicken pizza was equally disappointing. Not only was it missing the chicken and BBQ sauce, but it seemed like they had deliberately scraped off any remnants of flavor and left me with a dry and tasteless dough. My entire order was burned/overcooked. The so called manager stated that I will write about shortly stated " It is not possible to burn thin crust pizza's and that he cut the pizzas up himself."Naturally, I decided to call the store and speak to a manager about this outrageous situation. Little did I know that the term "manager" is apparently a misnomer at Domino's Pizza Store #8138. When I finally got hold of someone who claimed to be the manager, he rudely refused to provide his name, despite multiple polite requests. As I started explaining the situation, the so-called manager impatiently interrupted me, demanding that I hurry up and tell him what was wrong. It was clear that he was already aware of the issue, but instead of addressing it professionally, he chose to respond with a hostile and confrontational attitude. He raised his voice, spoke over me, and displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. After managing to get a word in edgewise, I requested that he let me speak and attempted to address the situation calmly. However, instead of rectifying the issue or even showing the slightest bit of empathy, he found it amusing to laugh at my concerns and abruptly hung up the phone.Frustrated and in disbelief, I made multiple attempts to contact the store again, but each time I was put on an eternal hold with no one bothering to pick up. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic communication is absolutely unacceptable. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with Domino's Pizza. It is evident that their corporate office needs to intervene and provide proper training to their staff and franchises. Store #8138 is a prime example of how not to run a customer-centric business. In conclusion, I will never set foot in another Domino's Pizza store, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. The lack of quality control, the abysmal customer service, and the utter disregard for customer satisfaction make this an establishment that should be avoided at all costs.Corporate: My order number was #602 or #1602, 8:39 PM, 07/18/2023, Store # 8138.

Horrible customer service Order was taken and customer service rep indicated 30-40 min and after an hour got text that it was canceled Never ever will order from this lousy place Below standard service and rude store manager

Both pastas we ordered had no sauce, just dry pasta in a paper bowl. Cheesy bread had minimal cheese and was cut poorly. Simple menu items that weren't prepared to the standard of other domino's stores. Leaving a review so I remember not to order from here.

I don’t care what anyone says. The pizza is just fine and the other side things you can get are great like the chicken tots.

0 stars for everything. I hate that they're down the street from me. I've never had a decent pizza from here. There's never any garlic sauce on the crust. Not one time have I got the proper order.Today I called because for some odd reason our pizza didn't have cheese. He said I did it online that way, which was weird and I only clicked double pineapple so I don't know how that happened but I said that if it was my fault, I'm sorry but would it be possible to remake it because my son won't eat the pizza, it was burnt crust without the cheese. I explained and he said "no, they would not remake it because it was my fault and that I would have to pay again online." So I threw away the burnt no cheese pizza and made a grilled cheese. My sister is a manager at Domino's 2 hours away. She said that they have to remake it, no matter what and they have to put garlic on every pizza crust unless it's marked not to have it or the type of pizza doesn't call for it because that's Domino's signature.... But I guess grumpy angry people ain't got to do anything.

Hey, it's Dominos. If it's done right, it's a really good value, and this location does it right. I ordered two 2-topping pizzas and they were at my door, hot, in 15 minutes. And they were good. As good as my favorite Italian restaurant? Of course not, but I don't expect them to be. Now I will say it was late afternoon, just before dinner rush, so it can take a little longer when they're super busy. That's understandable. Overall they meet all my expectations so I see no reason to to drop any stars.
