The food is regularly fresh and yummy, staff members gives great service. I loved how neat it is and ambience. Will come visit again.

Stephanie and her little ramen resto is a new must try place in Colorado. Their pricing is competitive and they have one of the best ramens in town. Definitely give this place a shot.

I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was absolutely terrible. The noodles feel and taste like instant noodles. How they cut up their onions and present it in the ramen makes it feel like you're eating grass. I ended up pulling them out of the ramen. The broth LOOKs flavorful but has very little flavor to it. The chasu meat and egg were ok. Nothing note worthy. I feel disappointed because I had a long day today and wanted to look forward to a good bowl of ramen. I didn't even end up finishing the ramen... sad day.

My wife and I usually frequent Kabuki but noticed this place and decided to give it a chance. At kabuki we usually get the Sunkist roll and lotus on fire roll, they have comparable rolls here called the Sunset roll and the fire roll. I have to say it taste and presentation is almost identical. The staff is friendly and you can tell they care about their business. I recommend this place.

Ordered delivery to try this joint for the first time. It's always a tossup with any delivery that includes a sophisticated culinary offering. Aka not a pizza. But it was a night for gambling and here we are. This place is incredible. The delivery guy was even great. Portions solid size and served hot. I had red meat and chicken and my partner fish. An up and coming little hole in a wall Japanesse restaurant. No fuss, no muss where one can get simple ramen. Will be coming back soon to try out other offerings on the menu.
Tried out for dinner tonight (to-go order) and it did not disappoint! Very nice service and I didn't wait too long for my take-out (but then again I would rather wait than get my food super quick lol)... - Green onion sesame chicken was delicious. Loved the fresh sprigs and that the chicken was so crispy and sauce on the side so it wasn't soggy when I got home! - Shrimp tempura roll ~ hard to mess this staple up :) v good! - Asparagus salmon roll ~ very fresh and light roll! greens cooked perfectly and liked the garlic crunch. Would prefer ponzu or a different sauce (did not like the sauce it came with but thankfully it was on the side) - Spicy tuna dip ~ yum!!! next time I will need to buy extra side of wonton chips. Eel sauce is good on it to help cut down the spice (but does not come with FYI) Thank you! Very fair prices and good quality and portions. Will try other dishes soon. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Tried this while visiting LA. Even though dining room was empty we went in anyways. Glad we did, had the garlic asparagus for an appetizer. Cooked perfectly. We also had sushi, dragon, Colorado, Caterpillar, and sunset. All were good and tasted fresh. Couldn't believe how cheap the rolls were, back in the Coachella valley a dragon roll is $16 and here was $10. Super good and great prices
