I did and promised myself to never go back again. Aside from the fact that the employees are very slow, if there are 3 or more people in there you are going to be there for more than 30 mins. That is not even the problem my problem is with the management and the way they treat their employees in front of the clients. I can't stand that kind of treatment. So I'm just going to boycott.

Bad customer service . I waited to be help for 20 minutes and I was completely ignored. They would only help Armenians . Customers came and left and I was still standing waiting. I asked the cashier , and one of the ladies working in the back for help and both said they cannot help. I ended up leaving the bakery and went somewhere else to purchase a cake . Very disappointed.

If I could give no star I would. Servers extremely rude and obnoxious with attitude. Baked items bought sugary and oily. Old. Refused to return money for below standard food bought. They don't care about safety standards and it is matter of opinion.

I came across this bakery today while while in the area and I was surprised at the quantity of goodies they offer. They have it all, cakes, baked goods, dried fruits, candy.... I got some pastries & Gata for the fam. The customer service from all the ladies working there was awesome, super friendly. I will definitely be stopping by again soon.

No flavor, no quality whatsoever the good old days if there ever where any are long past. I came in and the place was filthy and unkept. I noticed rodent droppings in the corners of the cases and it was disgusting. I immediately brought it to an employee's attention and they just gave me a look like, what do you want me to do about it. It as if they have just thrown their hands up in the air and given up. I had to walk out to keep myself from getting sick.

This is a very popular bakery in Glendale, and can get really crowded from time to time, specially during holiday season. Service can be hit or miss, but our recent visit left us with very welcoming attitude. Quality of the baked goods are not as superb as before. We got Eclairs and mini fruit tartlets. The shell on the Eclairs were so thick and fruits on the tartlets were old and one of the berries was moldy, you can clearly tell that they were old. Also we got cookies which were pretty nice. Ladies at the register were really nice and actually care to talk to you. There are not much ambiance, the set up shows they are ready to handle large crowds. I will comeback, but only for the cookies.

After seeing all the trends online, decided to come here with my fiancé. What an absolute terrible decision. Service was slow and the cashier was making small talk with another lady while working as slow as humanly possible. We started to notice the two cashiers and the lady customer were staring at us like WE were inconveniencing THEM!Not only that, when my fiancé took out her debit card to pay, the cashier snatched it out of her hand with a look of disgust. That is not ok.Never coming back here.

They don't speak English at all. I was going to be charged 24 dollars for 6 pieces of treats 4.75 each one. I thought it was a donut store honestly. The prices here are crazy. I ended up buying a bag of gummies and I paid 7 dollars for it. The bag of gummies was expired. I wish I would've left before wasting my money here.Dietary restrictions: All of them stuff are not nut-free

This place has been remodeled recently and its probably the most authentic of Persian/ Arminian pastries. I cant say much about service since its a retail shop and the personnel is helping you when its your turn and really cant expect much from the staff. I like this place because it takes me back to the flavors of the old country such as: rose water, cardamom, vanilla, etc. I normally buy their already boxed cookies and pastries which by the way are the most reasonable priced and they are not trying to jack up prices ridiculously. I love this place and any chance I get I will go there again and again as long as they stay reasonable. However cashiers need some attitude adjustment and they are somehow rude and indifferent and tend to ignore you and forget about smile.

This place was the best bakery in town before its original owner passed away.

What bakery charges 4% credit card fee? This is pathetic. I would have never guessed a bakery that has a line of customers is desperate enough to charge a fee for using a credit card

On 12/12/2023 evening, around 6.00 PM, we did our shopping. We were in front of the counter. Both cashiers were busy with organizing the bills and paperwork. Ignored us. Not even a word for permission or apology. My patience was running out. Finally, one of the Bakery workers suggested to the cashier to help, but she began to check us out. NO SORRY for wasting our time. I strongly, urge the management to consider this misbehavior. Surly, I will follow the case up to the final stage.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. came to pick up a birthday cake and was treated with hostile energy from every worker because i did speak Farsi. They only like catering to they're own people and are racist. They will not let you see the cake until you have complete the purchase. even to preview the cake, they hold it hostage in the back and treat you with disrespect. Do Not Ever order a cake from this bakery unless you speak armenian or farsi or you will not be treated fairly or with respect.

Love the whole place, from the decoration, the food to the attention of the staff

Good pastries, but terrible service. The customers are very rude and cutting in line. It is such a disorganized place, I left out of frustration after the third person cut the line. I will never come back.
