Clean rooms, quiet property, and fantastic location. Free parking but be forewarned it's a un-monitored surface lot one and a 1/2 blocks from the hotel. Also be forewarned that the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a building with no elevator. With that said, let me say again it is in a fantastic location and has clean andcomfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Many restaurants and retail stores are next door or within a block or two. I am certain I will return to this property next time I am in the Los Angeles area.

Lack of elevator wasn't a deal breaker, but parking was inconvenient. Otherwise it's a great room for a great price in an awesome location. I plan on coming back.

This place was absolutely amazing. I am so in love with this hotel. It is absolutely stunning and the staff is so sweet. It is really hard to find good customer service these days but I thought the staff and owners at Hotel Brandwood went above and above in every way. This spot is adorable for a relaxing evening, a romantic getaway and even for tourist. It is perfect for anyone. The beds are super comfortable, it's super clean and its located in the heart of Glendale walking distance to everything good. If you are a tourist it's also a quick drive or uber to any other good parts of So Cal you may want to hit. On top of everything else amazing the decor and antique theme really made me love it. It's a definite must stay at spot.

Horrible experience. The place was haunted, smelt like dead, when you walk, you can hear the cracking sound, no elevator , tiny room with no window , no breakfast... the room was terribly cold and you could hear the noise from other rooms or ceiling. i felt suffocated during my 1 night stay. I was scared all the time whatif theres an earthquake , this 1924 made building is about to go down first on the block. Not sure why other people are giving 4/5 star ratings, either they have never been to any decent hotel or just faking it for $$. I would prefer going to motel 6 next time if I want to save some money and stay at a proper location.. grrrrr.

Classic hotel. Very nice . It was a safe haven after a previous night in a really bad hotel. The bed was so comfy! Jaime at the front desk is awesome and so helpful! Seriously stay here!! You wont be disappointed!

Cute place! The parking lot is behind the building a block down. A nice walk! Love this location and the rooms were adorable and comfortable!

Rooms are ok. Slight perfumey old-building smell in the hallways. Was a little bit run down but you get what you pay for. All in all a decent place to sleep for the price.

Great historic location. Very art deco. Comfy beds and close to everything. A little pricey. Only 3 stars because the parking sucks! You have to park like 3-4 blocks away! Not worth it to us. To bad, because this is a real romantic getaway kind of place.

From first appearance it seemed neat. But once we opened the blankets there was tiny blood spot on the sheets, with that being said we called front desk for another set and again another stain. We noticed more stains of blood around the bed skirt and realized it was bed bugs! The front desk seem like they knew but did not care.

It was all fun and games until we opened our sheets and saw little blood stains, even on the bed skirt. Then look on yelp and saw the bed bug problems. Should've looked before but I didn't so I'm rating this a 1 star.

This place was a awesome find. Great location near tons of restaurants n stores. The staff was so kind n helpful. It's a quiet hotel n has some restrictions but we loved how they have a back door. The parking is less than a block away but not too far n the back entrance makes it way more convenient. All in all a good place to stay for a decent price. We will definitely stay here again n look forward to trying all the great food around the area.

Great location, but unfortunately that's where it ends. Rooms are tiny, hot, humid, and noisy. Like mentioned before, there is no elevator. The staff at the front desk will help if you ask but by the time you get to them your at room level. Also, there's cameras everywhere which I found unusually disturbing

The staff here was really nice, especially the lady at the front desk (didn't catch her name) I was traveling alone because I had to take a state board test nearby the next morning. The major bummer about this place is that I was expecting on site parking, and there isn't. You have to park your car in a lot down the street that was confusing to get to (not clarified well) check into your room, pay an extra fee to them for parking, get something to hang on your rear view mirror (so walk back to your car) and then walk back again. I was a solo female in a city i wasn't familiar in, walking back and forth later in the day lugging my stuff around. Just really inconvenient. Also online it says there was a restaurant on site and then I come to find out they closed it.
