One of the best icecream places i have been to. I have been going here for icecream for a very long time. I definitely recommend this place. Last time i went they even gave free samples if im correct.

Beyond rude.What was once a favorite spot, despite its high price point, is no longer a business I'd ever dare give a dime to again.Came here, ordered a strawberry mango smoothie. Received a very not pink drink. Returned to my husband because I figured it wasn't worth wasting the drink. My husband knew I wasn't happy so went back to the older gentleman. The cashier starts insisting that he asked me to confirm my order three times (this is false). He refuses to fix the drink initially. Then finally gives in for a refund. He begins to complain how unfair it is and then as we leave he begins to bemoan and protest again - we're just trying to leave.The other lady there that usually takes our order refused to get involved stating she wasn't there. Perhaps his wife but leaving your customers out to dry is never a good look.Disappointed and upset.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Was interested in getting a juice but the big young lady with thick brows was so rude to me! I asked her what's the benefits of the vampire drink and she gives me attitude and said "the ingredients are up there" pointing to the menu. I had to explain to her that I'm asking for what the BENEFITS of the juice and she rolls her eyes and goes to her co worker to ask while acting all annoyed of me for asking and at this point I didn't even care about what she had to say cause she acted like a beeotch towards me. If you guys want cheap quality foods and to talk to rude people that don't know anything about health then this is your place. Otherwise, go to another location with better customer service and better quality clean juices with explanations.

We got fooled at the fresh fruit display. We ordered smoothie here and saw every ingredients they put in my smoothie was either juice fr concentrated and some dried coconut and canned pineapple. What a rip off too 12.50 for fhe best deal??? Just canned fruits and milk n ice. Dont buy from here. They dont make fresh smoothie or juice fr fresh fruits.

Just had the worst experience at this place. My sister and I wanted desert so she ordered some gelato and I asked for a watermelon smoothie. After asking for 2 scoops of gelato in a cup, he looked at me confused and I repeated myself again. Perhaps I made him feel stupid because after getting the gelato, him and a young woman that works there were rolling their eyes and clearly talking about me. Then I order my smoothie and as I'm waiting I notice him crouched behind the counter with the plastic blender in his hand. I noticed the woman trying to cover him up while she was laughing. Clearly he was doing something disgusting because there's no reason to be making a smoothie underneath the counter. I should've thrown my sisters gelato in his face and walked away, but instead I paid for it and told them I didn't want the smoothie. They looked like they just got caught. Don't eat here, unless you want terrible service and a smoothie blended with someone's piss.
