The price was on point, the waitress was pleasant and efficient, the food was delivered expediently and it tasted great. I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is the best restaurant experience I've had in a long time.

I had a late dinner at the ihop in ******** ***** and had to throw half of a chicken sandwich away bc the meat was half cooked that causes food poisoning

I had dinner with some friends at Applebees in Eastgate. I left over a 30% tip because we were there for a while. After reviewing by credit card statement I noticed an additional $2.00 was added to the tip. My bill was $26.94 and I left an $8.00 dollar tip and $10.00 was on my statement. It's my understanding that the waitress enters their tips. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he would check into it and get back with me. I never heard anything from him. Had I not already left such a generous tip I probably wouldn't have questioned it. I wanted to make people aware that you should check your statements. You might be paying more than you want in tips.

This review is for the SILVERDALE, washington IHOP restaurant. At 800 pm , there were only one waitress, one hostess, and one cook. THERE were over 25 customers. HOW they mange to survive making over 25 hungry patrons happy is.....unclear. ?? Not once did I have to ask for another drink. Not once did I have to ask for ranch dressing. These three people, who were running this SILVERDALE IHOP, were outstanding. It was too bad that their bosses were not available to see how hard they worked. I really hope that these 3 staff members get help. But, as I stated, it did not seem that they were down on staff. They were amazing. The COOK,... he needs to be awarded. I hope he takes his talents to a restaurant that pays him 50 dollars an hour. He/She deserves the pay raise. Thank you for not melting down. You guys were great!

Waited 30 mins to be seated then 2 hours and half for our food to come..Manager was rude. They take fulfill their Togo orders before their inside customers orders. Not worth the money, time or quality of food. Really gone down hill ihop..

The manager Salvador at location 3347 in w. LA on Bundy used the mask rule to discriminate me. I used a cover until I get to the table and took it off as suggested. But the manager rudely intervened and instructed the waiter to not serve me. Mind you that the majority of the customers refrained from their masks. Just me he asked to leave. The corporate office did not support this action.

Excellent service at this IHOP so pleased with Anna & Ken went out of their way to insure our staff breakfast catering event was 100%.This is a FIVE star location. I will be a loyal customer.Thanks Anna & Ken for all you did for Eagleviews breakfast appreciation.I have now ordered twice and will continue to work with all. When you call the corporate office to voice concerns about an issue at one of their stores. No-one wants to take responsibility and resolve issues of poor customer service issues.

Website redirects me from the Glendale branch to the Burbank branch upon payment of my order. Wasted 20$. Honestly expect better from a corp that has immense resources to ensure mixups like this don't occur. Good branches tho.The mobile website is literally trash. It continously redirects you and sometimes doesn't even let you check out as a guest. Call in to your local branch to order so you don't make a mistake like me.

Very bad customer service to offer a family breakfast on Mother's Day, proceed to say, the order will be ready at 11:03am. It is now, 12:02 pm. I understand busy, but this is ridiculous on your part. The Corona store is severely under staffed for such an offer. Shame on you IHOP, for not providing adequate staffing.

At Ihop this morning, the servers ignored us for over 10 minutes. No one at front, then when the lady comes, she says a 25 minute wait time to even get a table. This is unacceptable!! Telling your patrons you are unstaffed...a Management problem not the customers.

The worst experience at the ihop in The Plant location in San José, California poor customer service,ended up leaving the cashier don’t want yo charge cuz I’m paying in cash and I ask for the manager and never arrive in front the cashier. They Need to Hire people that actually want to work!!! The people working right now only thinks in the tips and don’t thing about the costumers.
