I've been a regular at Indra since the 80s, and it's been a pretty reliable spot for good Thai food over the years. However, I've noticed that their menu has gradually shortened over time, leaving it feeling a bit limited compared to other Thai restaurants in the area. Nevertheless, they still nail the classics like Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and their various curries--all consistently tasty. Back in the 90s, this used to be my go-to spot. While it may not rank as the absolute best Thai restaurant around, if you're craving those basic Thai dishes, it'll certainly hit the spot! I never think about it as a first choice when it comes to Thai food. But a convenient choice.

Amazing Thai food. We come here every time we swing down to Glendale. Catfish out of this world, crab fried rice, so many dishes. Great service as well. Highly recommended.

Called out "Hello" very loudly five times and no one ever came out to help me. It was like a ghost town.

I went here with my little brother Jacob, The old lady at the front was so cute and kind. She made sure our food was good and our drinks. The food came out really good and fast. The thai tea was good 10/10 the service 10/10. It was kinda empty in there but it was nice. Me and my little loved the little old lady. I hope the next time I go I can get a pic with her.

This review also is long overdue. Ive been coming here for over 30 years and nothing beats this Thai food. My parents came here even before I was born, and now my husband comes here with me. It's truly a gem. I hold alot of fond memories from coming here with friends and family since the 90s. The food and service is excellent. I recommend coming here with a large group so you can all try the following. Btw this is almost always our go to order for groups of 5 or more. You wont be sorry Tum Yum with chicken soup Chicken satay Prik King with tofu Kra Pow with chicken Shrimp in the red ginger curry sauce Pad Thai with chicken Fried Catfish with curry (it has bones, but so worth the flavor) And don't forget the fried bananas for dessert. Enjoy!

THE BEST FRIED RICE I've had anywhere. I know it sounds like a basic dish, but trust me. And OMG the pork spare ribs. They used to use paper plates during the pandemic, but I went back, and that's why i had to write the review, I feel like everything got better with the normal plates again haha

Great service! The staff was so welcoming and the food was delicious. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and ordered something that I wouldn't usually try. I do not regret my choice. I ordered the pad thai and the seafood curry! Everything was flavorful! I will definitely be back to try new dishes!

Cool Thai food option on the edge of Glendale on Verdugo, which is typically a pretty dry area for food options. Ordered chop suey, the chicken and vegetables were very fresh, yummy and flavorful. Prices are pretty good too: most of their entrees are around $12-15, which is good considering how expensive L.A- dining is for a single person. Needless to say I ate every bite of my plate. Very nice and gracious server, too. Definitely am coming back.

A small business packing a lot of heart and flavor into their dishes. Friendly service and clean restaurant. The food is always hot & freshly made to order. Still has the same quality and taste after all these years. Indra is my favorite!

Known this place for almost 15 years. Very good food! We always get chicken chopsuey and pork spare ribs. Best combo! and for desert, banana fritters!

My family has been coming here for years, it was our go-to spot for family occasions. Honestly, I haven't been back here very often ever since our family moved further away but the food has been the same since. It is SO good, i highly recommend the seafood curry as it is their well known dish. You really can't find it anywhere else. I was so hurt to find out that they recently got broken into and haven't had many customers since the pandemic. Please help support this small business, I promise you won't be disappointed! Love Indras!!!

I'm in love with this place. I've been coming here since I was younger. We had plenty of the beef salad, the yellow curry, white rice, and thai tea with boba!! The service was amazing as well.

Paper plates and plastic utensils even when dining in. Food was very mediocre, and all of the sauces were very goopy. Pork was dry. Best menu item was chicken satay skewers.
