Whoever was working the night shift December 29, 2023 is a terrible employee. With zero hospitality. The franchisee for this store should take a look at his team. And corporate should take a look at this franchisee. Unbelievable the experience with zero care for their guest, I will never order another drink at this location again

Stopped by over the weekend to get my strawberry coconut boba smoothie fix. The workers were friendly, my drink came out fast and was delicious. Great location right across the street from the park to get a yummy treat.

Checked out the new boba place in town. The staff were very attentive and this place has a huge menu to look over! I tried the passion green tea boba. Very refreshing summer treat!

98 degrees out and I was ready for a boba strawberry milk tea. Friendly and fast service with a small parking lot, close to GCC. Cost was $5 + tip for a regular size.

Me and my daughter went to buy a drink at 10:30 in the morning .The door was open and the lady behind the counter said we're closed even though the door was open . If I were her I would have helped a thirsty costumer and left the door locked.

Service was horrible. No eye contact from the young lady or young man working at Boba Time across from GCC. The young lady standing up front never turned as I walked in with my child. Not one glance towards the entrance, not one word. The music was so loud, but I accepted the volume as I assumed the two employees were young adults . Without saying a word, the young man working in the back area walked to the counter and simply stood there. I was the first to say anything. I told the young man that I was there to pick up my drinks. I didn't finish my drink b/c it lacked the flavor profile I was expecting. My son said he felt the same. Overall, Poor customer service was provided by two young adults that shouldn't work with the public.Poor service + product preparation = lost customer. Visit occurred today 5/8 at 8:55pm (order pick up), receipt shown below.

Not ready when we got there even though postmate app told us that they are ready. Have to wait 30 mins. The Acai bowls are not the same as before, I think they switched to a cheaper acai. Boba are still

Ordered food and drinks for delivery. My drinks were delivered from Grubhub but boba time didn’t give the food to driver. They called me after my drinks were delivered saying they forgot to give my food. ?

Last time I'll go there. I went there with my young kids, the person that took our order was rapping passionately to a song while taking our order (which I'm fine with) later, my after daughter pointed out to me that the song they're playing has cuss words. Didn't want to cause a scene, so I took the kids outside to wait for our order... as it turns out, they have speakers outside, too! I guess joke's on me!
