Extremely disappointed in this jersey mikes location. Walked into pure chaos, and disgust. The food counter where the sandwiches were being made were cross contaminated. Gloves were not changed when making a new sandwiches, ended up with a banana pepper in my food (which i hate). I understand that this is a busy location, but it seems like there are a lot of changes that need to be made. Very sad that I have to write such a bad review. Hopefully the cleanliness of the store can be addressed, and the speed in which the food is made increases.

I came in at 8:59 turning in 9, simply asking for bread and tuna plain nothing on it. Manager in charge denied me service and simply said “sorry bro it’s 9 I can’t” and said “have a goodnight” as I was walking out, in the pettiest way possible. Seriously dude?How hard is putting tuna on bread and wrapping it up?Lazy kids. Is this what a sub above means? Owner at this shop seriously needs to wake these kids up!

I do Uber eats and I have noticed the young guy wearing Prada glasses is extremely ignorant and rude to UberEats drivers -simply ignoring them, and making them wait for their orders for no reason ,even if they’re not busy. Today he made me wait for 25 minutes ONLY for one sandwich and in spite of the fact that I inquired about my order a couple times he was just nodding his head. The place needs only one star just because of him

Came here yesterday and this is the worst location ever. No parking anywhere. I walked in and it was super dirty. Everyone was messing around and by the time I got my sandwich it took forever. I'm never coming here again

Had an order show up wrong from doordash and the staff was so helpful, kind and sweet! They remade my sandwiches so quickly and seriously were the best! They even threw in a cookie for my trouble (when it wasn't even their fault). Clean, great staff! Parking is difficult fyi but a great lunch choice!

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time this year and have been coming back for more at least minimum twice a month. Love your Mike's style option and just all the other options that are available. The store is always clean and super fast service. You guys actually care for customers not to wait for more than 5 mins when placing an order. Also they have a point system that works wonders for someone who orders here often.

Poor, rude, slow service. Employees have a negative attitude. The order was taken wrong, and preparation took a while. Employees are spending time to communicate to each other, smile, joke instead of making food. Online orders have been prepared while customers were waiting for their order. No separation on online orders and in person customers. If someone has 30 or 45 mins lunch, they have to waste 20-30 mins just to get their orders. Won't recommend this location to anyone near by.

I came in the other day and I believe his name was Brandon helped me out. Recommending me a good sandwich. And made it good just how I asked. The times I've eaten here Brandon always has a smile on his face and gives it his all. I highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak with chipotle mayo. 10/10 service

Walked in at 8:45pm and they said they're closed already. So how did I walk in if you're closed? Can't make a cold sandwich in 2 minutes? Terrible customer service. Don't come here. Ambiance and employees bad. Wonder how the owner feels.

Food is always great, but putting the curbside pickup in a city no-stop zone is gonna be an absolute no-go from me. Will likely be picking other places for pickup until that changes.

I used to say that Jersey Mikes the best and I don’t mind paying $14 for a good sandwich and even tip generously. Nope, not anymore. The bread was a day old and you could see the discoloration in inside. I’m seriously starting to believe that these franchise owners haven’t gone to college nor understand anything about finance.So let me teach you finance 101. If you’re trying to push old bread on customers in an attempt to save money, it actually backfires ten times. I normally would spend $400 a year just on Jersey Mikes because I stopped going to Subway. Now the old bread will come to mind when I see the Denny Davito billboard and I won’t be spending $15 on a sandwich and will probably get something from Whole Foods.
