The employees and manager need to work on their customer service skills. Was refused a cup of water even though I was a paying customer . Workers are hostile and need some serious customer service training.

I went in today during my lunch break I ordered some tostilocos I specifically said the hot cheetos and I noticed that they were making the tostito bag ones So I respectfully said that I wanted the cheetos and I kept explaining that I was so sorry the girl froze and just started at me and then she told the other female working there I'm assuming she was the lead of the shift she had a bun and she seemed so bothered and she came to tell Me that Tostilocos are made from the Tostitos and that to make sure I say hot Cheetos ... I told her I was extremely sorry that I could have sworn I did and she just walked away so rudely ... I was so upset at this point I told the one who was making them that I'll just Pay for both since I felt bad. Tell me why she says I only put chamoy do you want me to finish making them ... I felt so bad thinking that they had completely put everything on them and they hadn't .... Mind you they almost took 20 minutes to make them I had also ordered a crazy apple so I called the rude lady over with the bun and I told her I don't want the crazy apple anymore since I am going to pay for both of the tostilocos now and she just nodded rudely. I don't appreciate this service .. I won't be coming back here again.
A taste of the old neighborhood in a big mall! They have everything, from Aguas and bionicos, to esquite and elotes. Even the sliced open chips bags filled with all the extras, like the ice cream trucks from waaay back in the day. The one thing that definitely has to be seen first hand is the almost endless flavors paletas, many of which I haven't seen since family trips to TJ in the 80's and 90's.Honestly, there is too much for one trip to try it all.
