This guy is rude I'm assuming he's the owner with no people skills I don't know how he stays in business. If it wasn't for the store selling lottery tickets I WOULD NOT STEP FOOT in this place!!

I'm not one to write a review without going to a place nor even if I have a not so great experience at a place I have gone. However I simply called, stating my name the man basically yelled "yeah I'm Roderick so what" I simply said "could I possibly get an email address for your business please?" the man said not nicely at all.."you come down here and ask what you want" and slammed the phone down. Well if I was closer I would have sir but this is why I asked what I did. Customer service is nasty apparently here, I think it is very important in a business that deals with the public and they would never see me in their doors. Hopefully this is of some use for someone out there. Awful.

Up to you. The gentleman that runs the show will make your food and drink with no mask.

Refused to wear a mask. Have me attitude and Argued when I said just because I am wearing one does not mean he does not need to wear one

I love this place. 10 stars! Best sandwiches ever, literally every sandwich is delicious. My fave is the turkey club. Always fresh ingredients, the owner is super friendly and awesome. Pretty much this is my favorite sandwich shop in town.

While this place looks & sounds like a third wave coffee shop on Yelp, you shouldn't go here expecting that bc you'll be disappointed. Food is OK and the man is kind, but this ain't the Intelligentsia experience u were hoping to get and there seems to be a disconnect between the marketing team & ppl who actually work there representing this place. This is more of a sandwich shop, what we were looking for. I see many r insulted by the service but you gotta realize the staff here probably don't speak English and also haven't had the customer service training many r used to getting in regular places in LA. These r ppl taking a chance at business not fully understanding the culture here nor the competition.Anyhow, it's clean. The man who helped us was kind, and like I said the food was ok. Why 3 stars? Because he was also clueless (no mask & no gloves in the midst of a pandemic but that's becoming more of a personal choice now I guess.) We would have worried less & felt better after if he showed some acknowledgement of what's happening. Additionally, for their prices, they need to up their game, like update the Yelp menu, train staff, address the pandemic, etc.

My favorite sandwich place in Glendale! As a vegetarian, my options are limited, but I am totally ok with having the same sandwich every time I come here. It's AMAZING! Highly recommend

I live around the block for years and had no idea this place had sandwiches. I probably passed by here 100 times and always thought it's a boring coffee shop. Called and ordered 2 sandwiches to go on a Sunday . I got beef tongue and my friend got chicken . Beef tongue was very delicious. They put basil in it which made it very flavorful. My only thing is, it was a little pricy comparing to the size. He wrote on the sandwich in Armenian (tongue) which I thought was interesting, never saw anyone write in Armenian on the food in US. They are good guys , just need better marketing and better image . I will probably be back to try other items . He was nice to call me back once the order was ready.

Such a cute place! A friend and I went and got some sandwiches that totally hit the spot. We kept saying they were definitely made with love lol. I had the German sausage sandwich and I believe my friend has an Italian meatball sandwich. They were both amazing!! So delicious and very filling. Also great customer service with helping what to pick and making sure we were well taken care of. I will definitely be back!

Easily hands down one of the best sandwich cafe's in the area. I always come here and get the turkey sandwich. Hits the spot every time. I know price is a little $$ but to be honest, for the portionn anD the quality you get, it's worth every penny! PS, their internet is super fast too! Def my go to's

Feeling lucky, I came in to buy a lottery scratcher and instantly felt that providence had brought me to a good place. I couldn't leave without getting some dessert. Both the lottery ticket and baklava turned out to be winners! I especially liked how the baklava received a generous garnish of pistachio and a drizzle of honey. What a nice touch! I have a strong sense that the sandwiches here are really hearty. I will be back to prove myself right.

I have gotten the philly cheese steak sandwich and it blew my mind. Pickled peppers and cucumbers with a basil bottom and soft baguette bun. Out of this world a must try. I crave this thing weekly. You have to try and see what you think.

I was getting a watch battery replaced next door and saw the very high rating and figured I'd get breakfast while I waited. Huge mistake! Although the guy behind the counter was very friendly, and the place was clean and new, I paid over 20 dollar for some microwaved eggs, pre cooked bacon, toast, tomato and cucumber slices and a coffee. Totally ludicrous prices. On top of all that, people were hanging out and smoking cigarettes outside while the door was open, so the smell kept drifting inside. Totally disgusting. I walked around the block to kill some time and saw the guy that made my food standing outside smoking a cigarette too. I should have driven 20 minutes out of my way to go to a place I know is tasty with fair prices, but instead I gambled in this place... And lost. Don't make the same mistake I made.
