The staff in Glendale was not wearing mask. I told her to wear mask but she refused to do so. She had a runny nose and her voice sounded like she's sick so I was alarmed and I told her to wear mask. But she still did not do so. She finished her transaction without wearing a mask.

I love Menchies, but this Menchies was not up to par. To start, it was super hot and stuffy inside. Second, the store had the left side of the counter blocked off, so everyone had to come and go through the right side, which made it super packed. Neither of these things made me feel comfortable being inside. Regarding flavors, they were out of a couple different flavors. And lastly, they were out of a lot of toppings - the only fruit available was strawberries (which looked old), there were several missing dry toppings, and there was no marshmallow topping.

The "frozen" yogurt was watery and gross They make you wear gloves and then when you want chocolate syrup they put it on and then grab your cup with no gloves. Stupid Then if you want to pay with cash they tell you after you get your yogurt that you need to pay with exact change. The cashier actually asked me if it was ok to steal my change because they had none. I was like, umm no? Left more damn annoyed then before paying. It is also really expensive. 14.20 for two medium fill cups. What the heck

Frozen yogurt is my fav. This place doesn't disappoint with the flavor at all. It's very limited on flavors as well as limited on toppings which sucks. The reasons for the 2 stars is the customer service. I had ordered 1 vanilla and 1 original tart and of course bc of covid we can't serve ourselves. The girl that helped us gave one to me and my bf but had switched them and once all the toppings were on I realize I got the vanilla instead or the tart one. I asked her to please switch it but she said no bc I already had the topping. Super disappointing, how else would I have know she gave me the wrong flavor if not after I had it made? They definitely don't care to make things right with customers and it's just a small amount she would have throw out which made it even worse that she wasn't willing to right her mistake.

Menchie's is the best location for amazing frozen yogurt! They have so many unique flavors to chose from!! My all time favorite is the pineapple flavor. They also have taste testing paper cups to try out the flavors which is great. On top of the actual frozen yogurt they have a huge variety of toppings from candies, fruits, popping boba, and sauces like fudge and caramel. The prices are also really good. You can give your phone number to collect points too. I've been coming here ever since they first opened. Hands down best froyo!!

Quiet place with graceful exotic background music. Great customer service! Enjoy the flavors even some of which are really rare but interesting. Wonderful place for weekend's break. (Especially on a storm day.

All I can say is meh for Menchie's. I wanted the peanut butter flavor and they only had 6 or 7 select flavors. I know it's probably cause of the virus but meh. Overall it was okay.

Had an amazing experience here! I came with my partner after enjoying lunch at Porto's. The employee who helped us out (Rudy) was an absolute gem! He was so kind when helping us out and made us feel comfortable when ordering. I totally understand that a lot of businesses have had to change their business model due to COVID but I am so glad that Menchie has found a way to adapt so well. The frozen yogurt was delicious per usual and all of the toppings were delicious. So glad I stopped by!!
