The food is incredible. Everything tastes so home made. The chicken is so juicy. The humus is the best around. The pita bread is thin perfect for wrapping your food. The owner was so genuine and kind. I will pass it on.

Excellent kabobs, probably the best I've had in LA in the 5 years I've lived here. It's located in the middle of a residential area, and I had heard about it from so many people so I had to finally try it. I got the beef and chicken combo plate, and the meat was very tender and full of flavor. There isn't really a place to sit down and dine unless you want to sit at the one table out front, it seems like more of a takeout spot. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. A true " your friendly neighborhood" type of feel. I really appreciated that.I will add that they are very popular, so I would recommend calling in your order in advance for pickup to save yourself what could be a 1-2 hour wait. Much easier to then just go pick it up when it's ready.Parking: It's located in the middle of a residential area, so you have to find parking along the street. Alternatively, there is a shopping plaza about half-a-block away, and you could just quickly park there if you're picking up.

The owner here is not only a great chef but is super nice, empathetic, and patient towards his guests. Totally worth it and delicious, I always share a plate with my wife :)Parking: It’s located in a small residential street, but parking is almost always available, just be respectful of the neighborhood.

Small intimate spot with generous portions. Seating is limited but the service was impeccable.

Came here to pick up our takeout and was impressed by the customer service and incredible quality of the food. I only wanted kebabs so pay about $15 for the chicken which I took home and enjoyed about an hour later. It was so good, especially with the garlic sauce. I can’t wait to go back.

Overall, while the seating may be limited, the kababs are undeniably delicious, boasting a tantalizing blend of beef and pork infused with just the right amount of spice. Despite the slightly smaller portions, the flavors more than make up for it. However, accessibility could be improved, as the lack of parking and the tendency to sell out before closing can be inconvenient. Additionally, their popularity for takeout sometimes results in delays, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait.

It hurts how good this place is. The food is unbelievably delicious. I had the lamb chops today (years after trying their kabob for the first time) and they were incredibly juicy, melted in your mouth. The hummus is also some of the best I’ve ever had. It was all just so life-changing that I had to leave a review.

Not a sit down place necessarily, however, there is a picnic style table outside of the spot that one can sit and have a meal. Seems to be a family business, everyone was super friendly and attentive, my partner and son went a day prior and food was sold out, we went back the next day and we were thanked for giving them a chance by coming back (SWEET). Food was great, tasty, very good, a little pricey but abundant. I’m not good about eating left overs but I ate leftovers from Mini-Kabob later in the day.? Definitely give them a try.

Just avoid. Overrated like I have never seen. Prices are insanely high for the quality. You can get an erewhon plate at this price and know exactly what you getting. The chicken was dry and burnt. The rice was not even well cooked and sticky. The vegetables burnt. 25 dollars for a babaganoush cut with water and tomatoes? Hummus is a joke unbeatable. This place made a lot of money being over hyped. That how people ruin good things, by being greedy do not even go. There are so much places that need support those people don’t need support anymore and can’t even cook properly a piece of meat. Disgusting.

Very popular spot. The owner is pretty famous. It’s a family restaurant. I couldn’t find the fries on the menu but people love the fries. The lule beef kebob was amazing as were the falafels and the chicken thigh. They don’t have parking and it’s tiny with just a small plastic picnic table out front, so you may have to plan to take out your food.Parking: Not much parking available.

I’ve been wanting to try Mini-Kabob for a long time! I was so excited to finally splurge and give them a go. I live in Glendale and eat a lot of different Armenian food- from the more a Russian, to the more Persian, to the more Lebanese. Anyway, my experience was pretty strange. I ordered from Grubhub and my food came fast with generous portions. Everything looked and smelled fresh. Hot items were hot, cold items were cold. I can tell they use good ingredients. The tabuleh salad looked beautiful, as did the hummus and everything. The meat was very tender and juicy, the perfect texture for kabob. And the lavash was warm and soft and some of the best I’ve ever had. So what is my complaint you might ask? SALT. They used way too much salt in the tabuleh and the hummus, so much that it over powered the flavor of everything, even the meat. I’m still recovering as I write this. For the record I love salt. Kalamata olives, feta and Bulgarian cheese, capers, pickles, etc…as you can see I am not sensitive or adverse to salt. They just used way too much and I don’t understand why anyone would ever need that much salt in anything ever. Maybe this was a one off. Perhaps I’ll try them again in the future and discover that this was just a salty day for some reason. But I am still sad about the money I spent today and the experience I received in exchange for it.I’m updating this review from 2 to 4 stars because the owner reached out to me and provided really great customer service to resolve the issue. He validated my experience and made it right. It’s not easy to find customer service like this anymore. I truly respect him and appreciate his business ethic. I feel very certain that this was a random experience that is not up to their usual standards. Hey, it happens, and you know what? He made it right by reaching out to me. I will update this review again after I try them again, and I will definitely be trying them again based on their very positive service.
