You flip on a TV and see a show from the 50s, some greasers pretending to be tough and cool at an old school diner. Burgers and fries come out, looking perfect in their simple glory. They all dive in, saliva slathering, and you can almost taste the meat and fries HOT from the grill and fryer. That's what you're getting here. This is the real deal folks. Just the right amount of carcinogen on that meat. Fries are perfect, as is the spicy mayo dip it comes with. Don't expect a restaurant. You drive into the lot, walk over to the outdoor table setup next to this little car repair joint, and then just wait for them to bring over your order. What are you waiting for?

WOW!! So I've eaten here twice now, and I can say for certain this is an amazing burger place! The burger is juicy and flavorful, simple, but extremely satisfying! The Fries are soft, fresh and seasoned perfectly. As well as the super yummy spicy chipotle mayo dipping sauce. It's a great deal for the taste and quality, easy to come in and out, fast and friendly service, they take cash and Venmo, check them out and check out their IG!! Will be back frequently!

My wife Duck And I had an incredible hankering for smash burgers. Surprisingly enough there are very few smash burger options in L.A., thank God there's Mr. Patties! This place was rockin'! The halal patties were super tasty and surprisingly big for a smash burger. The fries were tasty with a good heat seasoning. Duck enjoyed it much, everything was above par and conquered her craving. We'd come here again and again.

Simply an amazing burger option in the Glendale area. Myself and my wife absolutely love this place. Their burgers are the innovative 'smash' approach and it does not disappoint. They are usually really busy once they open, but it is worth the wait. You may wait a while for your burger, so might as well go with some friends and have some fun while your waiting for your food! Once you pick up your food, get ready for a great time. Everything from their burger, fries, and even their signature sauce, everything is simply amazing and of quality. Just go, your taste buds will surely appreciate it.

There's ample parking, especially if you arrive at opening time. My party was about 4th or 5th in-line after arriving a little past 7pm. The wait after ordering was about 20 minutes, but that's probably because the staff took a bunch of orders first before they started making them. Overall, the halal burger & seasoned fries were quite good! However, I thought the fries could've used a bit more seasoning. The burger itself was small, and lightly dressed with crisp patties. I haven't had many smash-burgers (much less halal versions), but I think this hit the spot for tonight's dinner.

Was very excited to try this place after such great reviews and comments on Instagram . I was very disappointed to pay $8 for a McDonald's cheeseburger replica . The fries were good , nothing special .

Mr. Patties is located in the parking lot of a car wash, and there were plenty of spaces when I came at opening! A few benches and trash cans are available outside for those who plan on eating there, but since it was chilly out I decided to eat in my car. They accepted cash or Venmo only. I ordered the Double Agent burger which included fries and dipping sauce for $12. Since there were only a few staff members working, the wait was a bit long (about 20-25 min) but not too bad since I was about the 4th party in line. The burger itself was simple but good. It was a decent size. The patties (served on a regular bun with cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard) were juicy but crisp around the edges. The fries were okay and very lightly seasoned. The dipping sauce reminded me of chipotle mayo; it was also decent but I would've preferred something with more flavor. I saw multiple sauces on other reviews, but I wasn't made aware of them when I was there since they weren't listed on the menu or provided to me as an option. Overall, my meal definitely hit the spot, but I'm not too sure if it was worth the price and wait.

We are always looking for something new to try... so we ventured 42 miles to try Mr. Patties after seeing it on Los Angeles Eats on insta... The burgers were delicious, fries were tasty ... great services and prices with very little wait. Well worth it.

Came here right after their opening and it was and very busy! Waited a decent time but the burger was delicious so decided to give it another try! Came back tonight and was told that it was going to be a 45 minute wait and they told me even to order would be another 5 minute wait. Decided it wasn't worth it! They definitely need more help and at least another grill

Don't mind waiting for good food but the guy at the counter told me 20 mins and I waited for over an hour. Burger was decent but definitely not worth the wait. No ketchup in the bag and they also forgot my drink. Would give them another chance but they definitely need to get another grill and hire another person or two
