Horrible customer service. I hope the pastries are much better then the attitude she had. Clearly shouldn't be in retail or dealing with customers. She got upset because I was ordering one by one on pastries Not knowing what I'm ordering cuz it was my first time. If you care about customer service? This is NOT THE PLACE TO PUT UR MONEY IN.

We love the fruit tarts here! My coworker brought these to work and we all loved them!! They are incredibly affordable and such a great item to bring to a party or someone's home! They are decorated beautifully and taste so light! It is good up to 2-3 days but would recommend eating the day of, so the crust stays crunchy!!!

Natalie's pastry in Glendale was a very nice surprise for me! I popped in needing a snack before my busy day and was greeted by such a pleasant and friendly woman working there. I ordered the meat perashki and ponchik. Both were fresh baked and I was practically drooling while I was eating them. Thank you for a delicious treat! I will be back.

I was recommended to Natalie's Pastry by a friend of mine and I am in love, this place is amazing! I placed a large order and they were able to pull it off very quickly, my daughter's unicorn cake was custom made and received so many compliments, such a beautiful work of art! This place has a variety of pastries and goodies to satisfy everyone's palate. I recommend their fruit tarts, chocolate eclairs, and cream puffs.

We've been buying barbari bread here for years and was one of my favorite places until today. I bought 2 barbari's. When I walked out, I tore off a piece and took a bite (something I always do). It had a burnt taste. I looked at it and it was dark on the top. The other one looked fine. I went back inside and let them know that one of them was burnt a bit on the top. I asked if they can exchange that one...btw, this bread only cost $1.80. She said, "I'm sooo sorry, I can't exchange it." I said "Are you serious? The bread is burnt!" She said "Maybe if the owner was here, he could do something for you." I said "I'm shocked!" Ummmm, I've only heard those words at a car dealership and department store, but instead of 'owner', they say 'manager'. If I was the owner of that business, I would be sooo embarrassed that my employee gave a customer burnt bread and would be beyond happy to exchange it for another. Sooo...now they get a bad review because they didn't want to lose $1.80.

Cake presentation very nice but cake was very dry n butter cream filing was not soft it was hard n not too tasty. I recommend the pastries better than the customs made cakes. Cake was a waste of $60.

Love this little neighborhood bakery. It's within walking distance from my home so if I'm ever craving something sweet, cookies from Natalie's hits the spot! I also love their ponchik - delicious cream filled donuts. Sometimes they have Nutella filled ones but those sell out fast. I really like their boreks; my fave is the cheese. I've tried the perashkis too. Great snack or good for a light dinner w/a salad or soup. I also love their mini cream puffs & mini eclairs. Perfect if you don't want the bigger ones. Oh! Let's NOT forget the cookies...and I mean COOOOOKKKKIIIEEESSS!!! Love their cookies especially the ones with apricot jam! If you haven't tried this bakery please stop by. Btw, because it's at the intersection of Broadway & Pacific the traffic can be a little crazy getting in/out of the parking lot...best to enter from Broadway (heading West towards Pacific).
