OMG what a life saver Nick is! I called the day of in the morning around 10am and his deliverer arrived the party at 3:30pm 40 miles south to Long Beach with hot ready to eat food of all kinds ready to serve 15 hungry high school wrestlers boys and girls for $13.93/head $300 including tax, tip, and delivery. What a steal!!! And you get SO MUCH food and SO MUCH variety of meat, bread, salad, vegetables, sauces, sauces, and more sauces. I especially loved the grilled peppers and tomato. Nick surprised me with complimentary love cake and baklava and they were mouth watering delicious desserts. I have never catered Mediterranean food and my first time at OKF was a hit with rave reviews from the teens. They ate at 3:30pm so I am thinking early dinner but no! They walked across the street to the beach, burned off all the calories, came back 2 hours later, raided the fridge, and wanted another round. I had just spent 2 hours cleaning up and had to break open every pan. AGAIN. That's how much food Nick gave us. Enough for 2 meals each headcount since there were so much leftovers. People don't forget how yummy it was and neither will I. They will always come back for more and so will I. I want to thank Nick and his entire team for a job well done and for making my son's 18th birthday such a fun and memorable party. Everyone asked and I referred them to OKF. Get ready to greet wrestlers and feed them because we are coming to Glendale one near day!!!!!!! With love and sincerity, Dao and the wrestling gang ❤️

I’m from Texas so I know my steaks - I had the ribeye here - one of the best steaks I’ve had - only steak that I’ve had better is at Maggianos (but not much better), but this steak was much less expensive. If you’re looking for an amazing steak, come here instead of Black Angus, Capitol Grille, Flemmings, Mortans, or heaven forbid Outback (gross). This steak platter was only $25 !!! Only downside is that the sides are rice and tomato and onions and lavash. But if you’re in the mood for an amazing steak - come here … I will be ….!!!

First time ordering from this place and I don’t think I’m ordering from other wrap spots anymore :DAffordable - Delicious

My go to spot for cooked or raw kabobs. If I’m not in the mood to cook I either get one of their catering packages (extra swag sauce!) or I’ll smash a kabobs wrap (magic rap is my favorite). From their raw meat selection you can’t go wrong with any of their marinated kabobs offerings (beef, chicken, pork and lamb - I believe) they may or may not have lamb I don’t recall. Or maybe lamb chops yeah lamb chops for sure they’re the big ones and so juicy that’s right. Silly me haha. They even have charcoal and skewers plus they sell portable grills. Anyway I love this place. I need to take photos next time I order each time we get food here we eat so fast that we never get photos.

It took an awfully long time to prepare the order. It was evening and there were not so many people. It turns out my order was ready for 15 minutes and the workers were already going home and forgot to give my order in time. I waited for half an hour, came to ask, they immediately gave me my order with no drink, I also had to ask for my paid drink. Food is good. The workers are very unhurried. Sherman Oaks location

I had one great experience but the one that followed heavily influenced this review. I would give five stars for food. One star for the "service" and checking the completeness of the order. The food is delicious, no dispute there. The cashiers are kind rude, like you're inconveniencing them. I get it, we don't all have to love our jobs and I don't expect you to be anything other than polite, so but both times the cashiers were borderline rude. I absolutely don't hold it against them. My issue is when you order to-go and they tell you everything is there absolutely and you spend almost $70.00 on food and not only were many items missing when I contacted them I was promised a credit to use next time and never received it. The food is great. The ambiance is nice. Clean too. But service and follow through, nope. I would be eating there weekly had they followed through on leaving out a large portion of my order. Would I go back? Probably some time in the future. Mistakes are made. But it'll be a while.'

Takes over 30 minutes to make a wrap. Parking is horrible. No street parking available and they have no parking lots. Staff is not welcoming or friendly.

Parking can be tough to find. There's parking in front of the business, but you're also better off parking around the corner or at the grocery store. Customer service lacks friendliness and enthusiasm. Smile a little more. It'll make work a little better experience. The folks dining inside had their food brought to them while we had to get it ourselves. No problem, but better listening on the staff's part would have helped delivered our order successfully. The food, however, was delicious. Plenty of rice, decent amount of protein, and some veggies to go along with the dish. The orange/red hot sauce is fire. Provecho.

We usually go for the grilled chicken breast for protein. The other meats are hit or miss. The grilled veggies and all the salads and hummus, tzadziki, and other goodies are the best in the area and that is saying a lot. Lots of competition. The lavash is solid and the rice oh so buttery and delicious.Whenever we have a backyard gathering or family from out of town, we order from the OG Kabob Factory. Highly recommend!

Went there for lunch and accidentally double ordered they called me and fixed it promptly. Then I got the food, and I have to say. Best kabob place in the area by far. Their Spicy eggplant yogurt sauce is very good. And the lule chicken and beef sandwich wrap was a hit with my coworkers. Will come back to try more.

Meat is extremely dry. Staff is rude. Much better kabobs all around this neighborhood.

I am glad they moved locations across the street. The old place was giving me anxiety with parking lol. I've only been here 3 times, but I've been pleased with the service. They actually check on my order when they see me looking around XD. That's cool...I've only gotten the lule kabob plate. It's unfortunate they don't let you choose different sides, but not a deal breaker. You can buy different items they have in the glass window in a separate container. They gave me a tiny sample of baklava the first time I came here and got me hooked on it. So I can say their baklava (walnut) is amazing enough that I bought several boxes and ate it all myself. This place is very far from me, so I tried going to local places to get baklava after I had theirs and they don't come close to this place.Hummus is standard. Shirazi is so good as well. Worth getting. I hope these guys stick around for ever because they are great.
