Rude employees. I asked for two small portions of food and the employee put them in a box. When he asked what else I wanted, I said that was it. He was rude and told me I should have ordered them in a la carte boxes. Will never go back.

So I've had food at this location a few separate times and the best plate I got was today. Everything was I cried my fresh and flavorful. The service was extremely fast and was very happy and content with my order. If it keeps up like this I'll absolutely go back again way more since the pricing and the ambiance of this place is very relaxing and chilled

Their chicken wasn't well done. I had to put it in my air fryer when I got home! Their food is old, and just sitting there. I don't like Panda!! This is not real Chinese food!

I was very disappointed on my last visit here. The items that I ordered were being made as the trays were empty for the chicken with mushrooms and chicken with green beans and the chow mein as well. So you would think that oh great should be fresh and tasty. Oh no both chicken dishes were not cooked throughly where the sauce was just like a blob the vegetables was very hard. The same went for the chowmein. There is no need to rush please tell your employees to make sure food is cooked.

This review is on the customer service at this store. I placed my order and waited my turn in the cue to pay. Then the customer in front of me stepped back and said I could go ahead of him, because he was waiting for the food he ordered to be cooked. I stepped ahead of him and began placing my order with the female worker at the front of the serving line. She proceeded to (in a very hostile way) tell me I couldn't cut in line. I let her know the man ahead of me let me go in front of him because the food he wanted was not available. As I told her this, another female worker stepped in to tell me the same as the previous worker. Both of these women proceeded to tell me it didn't matter that the man had let me in front because I still had to wait for him. So, I waited for 4 minutes (along with everyone else after myself and this man) until his food was ready. This is 100% BAD customer service, as there are zero reasons why all customers should be made to wait due to a restaurant not having a certain food readily available. On a good note- the cashier (an older female) was very nice and courteous and asked if I also wanted to purchase a drink, to which I gladly agreed. Panda Express: please ensure you hire workers that are going to be courteous, gracious and have at the very least, a good attitude. No customer wants to deal with workers who have the look of being mad at life, and take this issue out on customers.

The Asian server today was very fiesty, rolled her eyes when I was thinking about what to order, she says thank you for your patience without really meaning it, she is the one who needs the patience when waiting for customers to decide on their choice of food. Food is ok but service needs to be upgraded!

They don't offer everything that's on their normal menu When I Google the location it said I was there didn't say it was in vins

This is a good place to stop to get Chinese food. The only thing is you may have to wait for certain dishes cause they seem to run out quickly.
