I mistakenly ordered my wings 30 minutes later in the Pizza Hut app instead asap, the lady in front of the cashier was Super Nice (forgot to ask her name) and took my request to prepare it right away and I received it in about 8 minutes.Now this is what I call Customer Service !! 5 star !!!

I've used delivery with Pizza Hut for years, but their website and app are both horrendously slow and glitchy now. After I spent a half hour just PLACING the order, the food showed up late (Pizza Hut now uses DoorDash) and my order was missing items. Given that they charge a "service fee" on top of tax, delivery and tip, it would be nice if I actually got good service.
This location is take-out only - which isn’t a bad thing. Use the Pizza Hut app to order makes the process so much easier (plus you earn reward points) Service is always quick and friendly and the food is always consistent. If you like Pizza Hut you can’t go wrong ordering from this location. The one bad thing is they no longer give out small packets of cheese or chili flakes - you now have to buy a small shaker of either for $1.29 (+tax).If you find my review helpful - please give it a thumbs up and don’t forget to like my pics and follow me for more reviews of my LA adventures!

Used the app to order. It was easy. I chose curbside. The app let's me know how long it will be and gives me screen to let them know I'm there. They brought food to my car and were very polite. Love this option.

I ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza from this place last weekend. When that pizza arrived, it tasted exactly like that memory you of have of Pizza Hut when you were a kid. I'm normally a local Mom & Pop joint kind of pizza guy, but I just ordered a 2nd pizza from here again tonight. One of those Big New Yorker pepperoni pizzas (Can you guess my pizza preference???). Once again, incredible! If you live near this spot, give them a shot and throw aside your previous notion of Pizza Hut pizza. I realize this sounds like a shill, but I am literally writing my first yelp review because of how amazed I was at the quality of this place.Someone there is doing things right, and the world (or at least Burbank & Glendale) needs to know about it!

My food (pizza ,chicken & dessert) were delivered on time by a very gracious gentleman and food was still hot! - something that does not always happen with other deliveries.

The stores opens up 10:30am. I called in at 10:35am and ordered a large cheese pizza. The person on the phone said it'll take about 15 minutes. When I got to the restaurant 15 minutes later the cashier told me to wait a little longer. (I was the only person inside the restaurant.) Finally after about an additional 15 minutes later a person brings out a box of pizza. I was in a hurry but I checked the box just in case. When I opened the box, it was not my order. All along my pizza was really and sitting in the side... The person who brought the box out for me just looked at the cashier and shook his head at her... He apologized for the mistake while the cashier didn't care at all.
