Best coffee in the area. Steve really knows his coffee, truly the best hazelnut almond latte I have had. And the Changa coffee is amazing! Also the branding is dope.

As a loyal reborn coffee chain fan has to try this place on a recent visit to Glendale Galleria. The menu was slightly more limited than the store locations we have visited but nonetheless the coffee was on point. I ordered the mocha as usual and was satisfied. It's a grab and go kiosk location with no tables and seats around.

Latte was mediocre at best. Got the Blueberry Matcha Latte with almond milk and it was very disappointing. Blueberry overpowered the flavor and you can't taste any matcha. Drink in general was very watered down.

I wanted a mid-day pick-me-up and this did absolutely nothing for me. It was a weak latte that pretty much tasted like oat milk. Sorry, not sorry. I was shopping and came across this place. I wasn't looking for it, yet it appeared so, I took that as a sign to try this place out. Good service but yeah, my latte didn't standout. This location is a kiosk, near Hollister and you definitely can't miss it. The branding is in your face but I love when you can easily see the signage; hence it got my attention. Lol.

Was my favorite coffee spot in the mall, until the new young punk (male) they hired refused me service because I didn't have a mask. Most of the people are walking around without masks. Haven't been back since. Too bad I really liked their lavender sweetener.

I had such a horrible experience revisiting this place yesterday with my friend. We both order an iced espresso and milk and sweetener. After taking the first sip we realized it wasn't to our liking and instantly changed our mind and kindly asked for an alternative since one cup wasn't cheap ($6) you want to obviously enjoy what you're drinking. Instead of valuing customer experience and giving us something to look forward to come back to, the lady working the register (short boy cut hair) told us if we want a replacement we need to pay for it and that she'll meet us at the register.... Excuse me? I'm like do you even care if I leave this place happy and wanting to come back? She said sorry company policy. Never buying coffee there again lol and best believe I'll forward this experience to all my friends and family as well.

I don't really write YELP reviews unless it's necessary. I was excited to try an ice coffee from this company for the first time! But yesterday (05-30-22) at approximately 4pm, I walked over and greeted the young man behind the counter. I was eager and craving to taste something new other than Starbucks. But before I ordered. While sitting, not paying attention to the customer but his cellular phone. The first words from the young man's mouth were: "Sorry, but I'm in my break right now and I'm not taking orders?" I wasn't sure if he was joking? I was in shock because when I was working younger than his age. I took care of my customers or explained the reasons why... so I told him "okay, I'll comeback in a bit." I returned about 40 minutes later. I observed the young man was still sitting down but he was now counting the register, and still looking at his cellular phone? I didn't bother to order or ask the operating hours of the business. I feel sorry for all moms/pops business owners, corporations, industries, future leaders etc... but we are definitely going down the drain as a whole with this weak youngsters. But hey, it starts at home. This place gets 3 stars for the cleanliness, the other two missing stars, is self explanatory.
