Quick, casual Boba stop. I love that they offer freshly brewed, unsweetened teas. The Açaí Bowl is delicious! Mikki (forgive the spelling as I’m not sure if this is correct) is always super helpful, friendly and provides amazing service. I’m often in a hurry and usually just pop in to pick up a to-go order. On occasion I’ve forgotten to add certain notes or specifications but she remembers and administers them for me. This place used to be really good and one of my favorite bobs places but the drinks are just always so inconsistent. I'll usually get a strawberry milk tea or a peach black tea and it's always really bland with no taste or they add too much milk or not enough sweetener. There acai tastes old as well. I feel like of the drinks were made more consistently good it would be better .

This place has always been inconsistent at best. I went here on a Friday night, not too busy. One person working the stand and doing everyone's orders. I ordered a Milk Tea with boba. I am dead certain the milk was expired because I have never had to take a sip of milk tea and spit out the drink. I asked my friend to try it just to make sure I wasn't crazy. He was also certain the milk was expired. Will never come back and I am extremely disappointed. WATCH OUT!

The place was under renovation and I am not sure why they even opened it for customers. Who in the world will have a small stool with 6 inch diameter for dine in. Also felt the Boba had a different texture and our tummy was not feeling good the next

It's one of the best Boba tea shops I've ever been to their service is quick and friendly. The price is reasonable. I paid 19 bucks for 4 drinks! They have a calm and fun atmosphere, and don't get me started on the drinks, my friends, and I loved it this totally deserved a 5 stars

Eeeesh. Hard pass. Got a Thai Tea with Boba - the worst I’ve ever had by far. It might as well have been orange food colored water. Boba had zero flavor. You order on a computer screen. Sorry, there’s nothing good about this place.

I felt like I was ordering from a vending machine here. I couldn't see any employees when I walked in and I ordered from a machine. The service feels impersonal and faceless. I ordered a strawberry house milk tea and I asked for light ice but they gave me no ice which quickly got warm in my hand on an 82 degree day. I'm so disappointed in the taste, it tasted too artificial. AND it was $6 for a regular size which was pretty small. They also have a bit too many options that the menu is overwhelming. I would rather go to my regular boba place a little further away in La Canada which has a more cool and welcoming vibe and simpler menu.
I really like their juices, My review is based on the fact that they don't make juices after 5:00 p.m., just because because the juices machines get cleaned and can't be used anymore until the next day.

This place was my favorite until a very rude employee would not take my to go order. He would not give me his name and told me to call the manager as he did not care. This place has gone from ok to pathetic!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! Was in on January 7th and much nicer employees. I will try again and see what happens.

Great spot for boba drinks. I got the coffee milk with coffee jelly and boba. It was really filling and yummy. They have a nice menu with lots of choices. Quality drinks here :)

This place has just gotten too weird. Today I walked in and there were signs asking people not to wait by the pick up station and not to stare at the employees. I think the kids working here need to get over their own personal anxieties. Yes, working in a store puts you on full display to patrons, get over it!
