this is simply outrageous!!!!!! Wait 20 minutes for a baguette with cheese and ham!!!!!! My coffee got cold while I waited. This is the slowest Starbucks service in the world. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Awesome space. Lovely outdoor area. However, the store is BLASTING music in the outdoor seating area. Super annoying when you’re trying to enjoy your beverage, have a conversation, or read a book.

Wow the worse Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I pull up place an order of food and drinks for my small production workers in the film industry and the seems to be like the manager gives me attitude seems to be stressed over large order. Then I get to pay and they say they can't take my 100$ bill on this large order for production then gives me attitude again. Finally takes me 100$ bill tells me 30 mins before I receive order. I come back 10 minutes later just to wait in the front and they tell me it's gonna take another 30 minutes

By far the worse Starbucks I've been too. Don't bother ordering from the window. They will nor acknowledge you and completely ignore you until you go to the drive through. I've never waited for a cup of coffee before. Terrible terrible terrible

I planed a surprise frap for my granddaughter and wa sin a good mood until I got hee. The baristas we're very rude and had attitudes.I wanted a long time -thirteen minute,and was late picking up my granddaughter from school They did a half job on my frappes. would not recommend this location.

I never write reviews but the gentleman working the drive thru lately made such a generous gesture. He was very helpful when there was an issue on my order. He provides great service and always takes time to ask about my day. I went on Monday Oct 9 at 9pm.
Pretty much every time I give this location a try I always end up regretting it. Either they mess up my order or I get attitude and on the worst days you get both! I ordered a grande cappuccino they gave it to me in a Venti cup with more milk…. than they told me, “it’s your lucky day you got more” ummm… no, it’s not my lucky day, that just means you get more milk it’s not like you get an additional shot. Anyway, I will not be coming back to this location but for the sake of your future customers, GET IT TOGETHER! PLZ!!

I hardly ever leave reviews but I had such a great experience at this Starbucks today. My phone even died and I remembered to write this review when I finally charged it. I just want to say that Levon was amazing. Very friendly and super personable even with the afternoon rush I heard him greet everyone and just create a super welcoming environment. Kudos to him! Thank you Levon!

Arrived in drive thru at 5:55am waiting until 6 am of which I thought they opened, by 6:03 no one had opened the drive through. A woman opened the back door to let an employee in and I asked when they opened and she said “in a few minutes” and by 6:09 she still did not move the chain to open the drive through so I just left. Terrible service, terrible attitude and late for work. No cool. Do better Starbucks.
