One of the worst Starbucks I have gone to. Just to start the parking lot is small and the drive thru will take out your wheels. The employees can not get a single item on the order right. I order thru the app and all the food items that were selected were sold out and the two drinks we got with light ice were full to the brim with ice. Will never come back to this Starbucks and will make sure anyone that I know to not go here as well.

Shout-out to Barista Sadie! Particularly around the holidaytime I find myself yearning for the Sesame Street small neighborhood where you know the name of your mail carrier and your neighbors and your grocery store clerk. That isn't the case where I live but I love that I know Sadie's name and that every time I go to the Starbucks on Glen Oaks and Grandview she is kind and joyful and speaks to me like I'm an individual. It really makes a difference in my morning outlook and demeanor. Thank you, Sadie! (My shaken espresso with brown sugar was fabulous)

i honestly don't know who trained these baristas. please find someone new to train your baristas because they cannot make a simple frappuccino. its a bit embarrassing. i came to this location because i was in the area after visiting a friend instead of taking a trip to my local starbucks. long story short, i ended up having to take a trip to my local starbucks. ‍i came in from the drive thru line and had ordered a vanilla bean frap with 2 pumps of peppermint syrup, 1 pumps of mocha syrup with whip cream and chocolate twirls on top. my local starbucks never have a problem when i order this drink so i didn't think it would be a problem for this location. however it was a major problem. i do appreciate the barista at the window trying to make it work however the barista inside just didn't seem to understand what i wanted. after, taking the barista at the window 3 times to come back, taking about 5-10 mins to figure out my drink, and holding up the line i decided i wanted my money back. this experience at this location was honestly laughable. the simplest basic drink you can make turned into the most complicated drink. train your baristas better.

When I ordered I clearly asked for whole milk. I even said it twice and they still gave oat milk. It completely ruined my mood because I was so looking forward to my drink. Another thing was the worker taking the order had a lot of attitude and no patience. Overall bad experience.

I put in a mobile order for a macchiato (hot), then was given a shaken espresso (iced). They asked me for payment at the window, but I had already payed through the mobile app. They seemed confused when I said I had a mobile order. Now I’m confused why I was given the wrong drink. When you need the caffeine, you can’t really complain. Let’s see how it goes next time?

Great but area is bad. No parking God forbid if a car turns incorrectly could hit people trying to enjoy their Starbucks. Starbucks cleaned the outside chairs but people still find a to sit.

I think there's something wrong with the barista that works here on Friday between 7-8pm. I ordered a two custom drinks with extra sweet cream cold foam and light ice. The guy did the total opposite. He put MORE ice and LESS foam on both drinks. I blame this on management for not hiring quality employees. Seems like this place hires random people just to push sub par drinks out and get people's money. Starbucks name here but not Starbucks quality. Try a little harder guys. Do not recommend coming here.

Service is usually really good and the drinks and food are usually yummy. Although customer Service was lacking this morning. I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive-through. I had my previous Starbucks cup in my cup holder and asked if I could trade please. But they said sorry we can't take your cup. I find this a bit upsetting, especially since it was their own cup. It isn't like I'm asking you to take a soda cup from somewhere else? Would be much better customer service if you would take at least take your own cup back.

I love starbucks, but this location has the worst customer service. Some of their employees are usually nice but the rest act like they're forced to do this job when they're the ones who picked this job in the first place. If you're going to be rude why bother asking for a tip. They do not notify you when they're charging you extra for anything. All i wanted was a tall caramel lattes with drizzle. the syrup they add is 80 c and the drizzle is 50 c when i always thought that a caramel latte came with it all? Anyway very disappointing.
