Horrible customer service! The place closes at 10 pm we get there at 9:35 pm and the employee turns off the lights and locks the door on us once he sees us pull up! Ridiculous!!

I usually go to this subway every Saturday for my lunch sandwich. I've always thought it's kind of on the lame side. They never seem to have enough staff and frequently are short on typical ingredients or drinks. The last time I went in a Saturday the same worker was there. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and he left it in too long. The bread was burnt on the edges. When I asked him to redo the order he developed quite the attitude. He made no effort to display his annoyance in having to remake the sandwich. At the end I didn't tip him. I write this review knowing that the owner of this store is probably not going to give any thoughts to this. They obviously pay no attention to customer service as long as they're making a profit. Nonetheless for the record I'm getting my sandwiches from jersey mikes from now on. Bye bye subway.

On most days never had an issue at this location, always standard subway experience. However today I get the guy who is just over his job. Not listening, could care less and when he put sauce on one of my sandwich, which I told him I didn't want, it's my fault. I give this employee zero stars and this franchise over all 4 stars. Needless to say, I walked out when he said you don't need these sandwiches. Found him and whomever his co workers to be doing this business owner a huge disservice.

I've been coming here since they 1st opened up. Wow they sure have improved so much since then . Subway is great because the food is fresh and the keep the place clean. They have a lot of great sandwich options.My favorite is a footlong classic meatball on flat bread toasted with extra cheese and bacon. It's so good the sauce and tasty meatballs and melty cheese go perfectly together .

We always go to this Subway on Broadway in the CVS shopping center. This is the best Subway ever, It's very clean, employees are very nice and they do very clean & decent jobs, specially Julie and Miguel, several times they helped us and they are just great keep up the good job you guys.

So by far the fastest on line order fulfillment in Subway History... I ordered 2 Footlong Ham subs for the kiddos and literally was only a half mile or maybe 2 minutes tops from the store. When I parked the app showed they just recieved and were going ro start preparing the sandwiches but something said to just go in so they know i was here while the prepared the order... So when I walked in and they asked if they could help me and I let them know I had placed an online order they said my name looking amazed they handed me both sandwiches already bagged!!! Now remember I was only 2 minutes away tops when I placed the order and it was waiting for me when I walked in crazy how fast they were!!!Accuracy of the sandwiches were spot on per my kiddos and they were amazed at how fast they were also!!!So keep up the great work and if your a Subway fan this store needs to be top of your list or Home Location

To the manager running this facility!Please help your staff understand the importance of hand hygiene.This individual was at the register handling money. Bent to the floor and grabbed what appeared to be change.Then walked over to serve me. She grabbed a white paper without gloves and said," are you ready".I replied, "no, can you wash your hands please"She washed in 5 seconds. Came back touched the same contaminated paper and asked, "what are you having"... multiple times like a broken record.I pointed to her the paper is contaminated with her hand germs.She kept touching everything including the white wrap paper.At that point I walked out.This individual was rude and unhygienic.She refused to give her name.Probably Hispanic with tattoos on her left arm.

Ordered 2 footlongs via Grubhub..1 of the footlongs came wrap with their typical subway wrap..the 2nd footlong chicken bacon melted ranch footling was cut in half and literally 1/2 in a brown bag unwrap and the other 1/2 in brown bag unwrap as well...Grubhub delivered on time but the 2 halves on the 2 separate brown bags where a hot mess!!!..chicken meat and bacon fell over the bags!!..the sandwich itself looked mangled and looked like someone just took it and threw in the bag literally!!!..dont even knownif these brown bags are clean since the sandwich itself came unwrap.. I get it was probably hot since this is a melt BUT you couldn't put in a foil ???.THIS IS DISGUSTING !!..DISGUSTING SERVER, DISGUSTING FOOD!!..PLEASEEEE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SERVE LATE THEN YOU SHOULD CLOSE EARLY SO AS NOT TO BE BOTHERED...!!!I BUT DONT TAKE IT OUT ON PEOPLE'S ORDERS
