Walked up at 4:30 to dine in and was told they were closing early due to no customers. They clearly don’t honor their hours and are not motivated when customers actually come in. Find somewhere else that’s cares about you business.

Ordered lunch ahead of time and planned to take out. Arrived and found all the tables empty and our order sittingon the table closest to the kitchen. Rang the bell several times over the course of5 minutes. The cook comes out of the kitchen and we go to pay, she's grabs my card and reciept, hands it back to meand walks away. We figure no big deal, we'll eat and pay when someone else comes up. We start eating and "the manager" comes up and instead of apologizing for the wait or even offer to take payment, tells us we can not eat togo in the restaurant. As we're leaving, I leave my bag on the table "the manager"emerges and starts telling you need to take your trash. Then says this is why, Americans never clean up, plus no leavetip. If I didn't wait five minutes and wasn't berated, I would have thrown down 20 percent or more, this food is really good plus close to work. I thenasked him how his policy was working out as it was prime lunch time 1245 and there was an empty restaurant and noorders were waiting and no calls coming in. Our office frequents this place butsadly the behavior of this one pompous, arrogant, entitled, child was beyond off putting There's thai food equally as good but five minutes further away. Looking at the cleanliness, overall up keep, dining experience and other yelp reviews, this will sadly be one of those spots that amolder generation built and the newer one ruins the family's work and legacy. Lastly...EcoLab has great rodent prevention programs you may want to explore.

The customer service at this restaurant is appalling. I ordered over the phone and when I got there my collogue and I chose to dine in instead. According to "the manager" this place has a policy in which you are not permitted to dine in if you placed an order for to go. This is the first time I am denied the chance to dine in, especially at an EMPTY place. We did end up dining in, but were also harassed by "the manager" to throw away our own trash. The actions of this "manager" such as speaking to me with profanity, demanding a tip, harassing and practically kicking us out, are unsuitable behavior. It is quite baffling how a tip is expected with this kind of service. I had never dined in at this place before and I will definitely not be back, because to top it off the place is filthy!

Just a local hole in the wall, we with really good Thai food and a very pleasant staff.For atmosphere, not the place to go. For tdke out, by all means!!!

Tried this place for the first time and I'm not one to smash on a mom and pop business, but this place deserved the 1 Star Rating for the following reasons:- Pop customer service - gave waters to only some of the guest at the table- Slow service - we arrived as the only customers at the time and placed our order quickly, food still took over an hour to arrive. The server was more fixated on his phone than checking if our food was ready. When other customers arrived, they too had the same issue- Fixated on to go business that he was not attentive to in store guests. Even turned away two customers. The chef clearly could not keep up that the food was under cooked for some dishes and not appealing flavor for other dishes.- Automatic 15% surcharge on top of Tax. My assumption is that they are aware of their poor customer service and take a 15 % tip off the bat to avoid any issues with customers who grow disgruntled of the wait.- Food itself could be better. I've had better Thai food, like Saladang or President Thai- No restrooms in store. They have a restroom located in a sketchy and dirty alley where patrons go to smoke and do drugs
Food was below average and the customer service was trash never again. I eat Thai at least twice a week and this was the worse.

The food is pretty good here but not for the price that I paid. I ordered about four things and it costed me $80 so the price point kind of shocked me but whatever I paid it anyways because I was hungry so when I get home and dig into my food the first bite I take had a big long black hair in my beef and broccoli, I definitely won't be going back here for the price and the extra hair that comes in the food. I was really grossed out after that.

This place is my second home when it comes to food. All of the servers there are so attentive and great. The ambiance is very cute and homey. My absolute fave is the beef noodle soup!!
