As you know, the Habit is a burger chain, and I've been to several locations. I probably go to this one the most often and I always get the ahi tuna sandwich but protein style with lettuce instead of bread. I also get the onion rings to balance the healthy fish, lol! Their product is consistent. I've never gotten a bad sandwich or fries, onion rings, or even a burger. Service is also good and this spot is usually well kept and clean.

First time to this Habit. Much smaller than the one located on Sunset in LA. Seating either inside or outside. My daughter ordered the chicken caeser salad. It was good, but I think there was too much dressing. I got the green beans. Very good, but tastes better with the dip which unfortunately didn't come with my order. Because they weren't busy, our order came fairly quickly. Would I come back? Sure, but I think we need to ask next time to not drown the salad in dressing. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot.

I CANNOT believe the service we just received. Came to the Glendale location waited 18 minutes and when we finally get our order the man is super rude and upset at us? I called to see if I could speak with a manager.... None available. Very disappointed.

Posting review for overall experience at this location multiple times. I usually order her once a month. If you order in store it's fine, but online is another story. Always get order wrong. Like forgot to add avocado when added or do not the bread correct. We try to call them and they said that we need to come back and show them. They never refunded the money paid for extras (this happened multiple times.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger, veggie patty and salad

I ordered some food for me and my son thru app (pickup in-store) and got only 2/3 of my order. No sauces - disappointing a little, no fries at all (ordered two) - very disappointing, and the most disappointing - no apple juice. My little one was thirsty and I had to to Ralphs and buy some favorite juice for him, because of that. I totally understand if you guys forgot to put one item per multi-items order - but if you didn’t put 3 items in 8 items order - looks very unprofessional, even more than that.

Incompetent employees. Can't get a simple postmates order correct. Requires zero human interaction. No room for miscommunication. Read the receipt and put the items purchased in the bag. Besides the fact that you can order 200 condiments and sauces (paid for) and they won't even put a single item in the bag, they are now forgetting whole food items. Management needs to reevaluate staff.

I ordered food from this location a couple weeks ago. The burgers were severely undercooked (they were raw inside) and the French fries were stale. To the management: please train your employees to fully cook the burger patties and cook the French fries to order. I've been disappointed with this location so many times.

Customer service reached out so kind of them!!! I think I found the trick and that's getting the double charburger. There's simply a lot of fresh pickles, lettuce and tomato for one patty so get two!!! I also enjoy their onion rings more than their fries; a little more on the bready side but they're still crispy and perfectly fried unlike the overdone fries. I'm excited to try their sweet potato fries and their new banana pudding shake!!! I recommend this chain when at the Glendale fashion center!!!
