Hard to find. It’s down a dark hall inside of the Katsuya restaurant. No signs or anything anywhere. When I arrived at the time of my online order’s confirmation, the food was not even started due to “low staff” as the cook claimed. Will not be going back here again.

I ordered a truffle burger today through online, but when I received it, there's no truffle ingredients (especially the truffle fondue glaze) included in the burger. The picture online was different from the burger I ate. Also, the restaurant itself was an enigma and it's made harder for us visitors to find it (It's inside the Katsuya restaurant)

-5 Stars. Completely wrong orders. Phone call doesn't answer. Looks more like a scam Umami. No real location, no phone calls pickup. I called a different Umami and they didn't even know this place existed? DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT.

Been to a few Umami burgers, one in Arts District/Little Tokyo one in Pasadena and this one. The others are fantastic. This one is terrible. Incorrect food orders after reordering twice and bad quality greasy food.

This is garbage. This cannot be the real Umami Burger. No way, no how. $50 down the drain and now I'm still hungry in lockdown due to curfew in Los Angeles.
Love their burgers. But we ordered and they sent the wrong order. Didn't answer phone to fix it. Just lame.

The worst burger in past 10 years. It was barely edible and I would not even eat if I GET PAID $5 by eating it. I paid for more than $10 dollars each + delivery fee expecting Umami burger I ate before at Old Pasadena location as take out. It must be something very wrong with the operation with this location.

This is my second time ordering. First time they completely messed up my order. It happens. I wanted to try them again so I ordered today a chicken sandwich and it's a joke. The chicken was so small. It took up not even half of the bun. Fires were wet and soggy. Its not worth the money. I'm so disappointed.

And they didn't have what I ordered in the first place but I was charged for it... terrible service.
