Great selection of drinks. The green thai tea is my favorite. But the boba isn't always fresh! Was especially disappointed today, since the worker told me they're making fresh boba, if I wanted to wait 15 mins. I said ok. When I got home and finally took a sip, the boba was hard and stale. What a waste of time. SMHMust I drive a little further to Uranus 27 for fresh boba!

Was my first time here and the drinks were delicious. Be warned that they are very sweet so adjust the sugar per your liking. They have a very large menu and they make the drinks super quick even if there is a line. Everyone is very friendly and kind!

ASIAN CHICK MAKING DRINKS IS RUDE AH!, Ordered my drink and in it asked for easy ice, noticed my order was next. She filled ice to about 3/4 when on the order receipt said “Less Ice” on the bottom portion so I kindly let her know I asked for easy ice. She replied with a snotty look that “it will go down when I add the milk tea. She then looked at me with attitude and went on without correcting my order. She then added my Aloe Vera and I kindly let her now I didn’t want that much ice. She then walked off with a second cup to the back very disrespectfully acting like she hates her job but not sure what she did back there?. When she came back to the front she started talking gibberish with a coworker because I made her correct my drink when to begin with it was on her order receipt. Don’t know why they hire employees like this. People like this just ruin businesses with their bad attitude and customer service. Lady at the register was nice and professional taking the order. Asian chick not so much. ??Family goes 2-3 times a week and will take my service elsewhere!

I like the Boba tea. Sweet and having the bitter tea tase. The atmosphere is nice with lots of people there. The service is nice. However, the green Thai tea wasn't good, didn't taste anything like Thai tea and only a light Jasmine taste instead of strong Jasmine one. And the parking was packed.

Servers are super friendly and they are pretty quick, it does gets busy but they do enough staff to make sure they do get it done. Been here a few times just want to try it again and check other stuff but it's pretty much the same. The problem here is they use pebble ice mini ones so it does melts fast and ended up loosing the flavor of your drink. When I got home which is a 7 minutes drive from Glendora public market my drink is pretty much like no flavor anymore ice already melted. Now I clan really say not buying drinks there for now.

I brought my daughter for boba and they didn't add the boba in the slushie I had asked to add it and the girl was rude and said they were closed and to top it off the flavor was not good!!! I usually don't do bad reviews but customer service really sucks. Never coming back again. Last time I come here!!

I am horrified by how bad this place is. If i could give negative stars, I would! This place easily messes up drinks. This is the worst boba place ever, do not spend your money here. Especially since drinks are 10$?!?!.

If you're looking for a boba place that caters, Boba Break got you! I love working with them! They are quick to respond & everything is very detailed. They recently catered my baby shower. They offer a variety of options from walls to carts. You can choose most flavors on their menu. They do everything from set up to break down. Having a boba wall is always a hit at parties!

Always a great drinks and service. Located inside the Glendora market place so there is plenty of seating to enjoy your drink. Great options and flavor combinations.

Not the best service. I was visiting today with my niece and nephew and they're young kids trying to figure out the menu, the girl at counter looked as if she was annoyed with how long they were taking. Then when we got our order it was wrong. We got 4 drinks and all four of us got super sick. Both the kids and adults threw up most of the night and the only thing we had as a group was this boba place. Definitely not the best and for 27 dollars for 4 drinks it's should be better.

Decent boba for the price. It's more syrup based so if that isn't your jam, look elsewhere. If you want a quick fix, they have so many combinations to fix your sweet tooth.

This boba is soooo good. I always get the pineapple passion fruit tea with strawberry popping boba and tapioca and it never disappoints. Also, their service is always top notch. This particular woman that's always working when I go is so sweet and thoughtful. She always greets me with a smile. I 100% recommend this place.

When they first opened a few years ago, this was my favorite go-to boba spot. Quality has gone down terribly since then. Past 3 order have been huge fails. Sometimes no tea, boba stale or hard, special instructions on sweetness are being ignored.

Service 5/5Workers were nice, had a smile, answered questions, and did not seemed bothered by our presence. Morale seemed high and cheery. Service was very quick. Drinks ordered, POG and Seaside.POG 2/5 Taste as described (passion fruit, orange, grapefruit), just not executed well. Orange is overpowering and bitter almost like stale herbal tea. Drink is fairly sweet but is expected for 100% sugar. Seaside 3/5Brown sugar with butterfly pea tea. Taste as described but everything is very subtle, slightly sweetened milk with a unique aftertaste. Drink is definitely not sweet enough. Taste like 25% sweet in comparison to my other drink even though we got full sugar. Boba 0/5Absolutely horrendous. Hardest boba I've ever gotten. There's no possibility that anyone would think what I got is acceptable. Is that why it's called boba break? Cause the boba supposed to break my teeth?Overall 2/5Boba quality really killed this review, I can understand everyone has different palates so it's not a biggie if the drinks aren't to my liking. I'm sure there something on their menu that would appease me. But there's no room for interpretation when it comes to that boba. It was unacceptable. Workers need to taste test their boba batches before serving, and management needs to ensure proper cooking/resting times are understood and followed. Just take a look at my photo the boba looks undercooked and dry.
