The service was not great, the veriety of food there isn't much. Our waitress must have been new or just desperate to get off, she took our order and I asked her for no onions and she said it didn't come with onions, so I said no pico de Gallo then and I asked how big was the breakfast burrito and she said it was a real good size, well I also asked for a baked potato ? and when the burrito came it was for a child I would say and they put pico de Gallo it and she brought me sliced potatoes and I told her that I didn't order that and she laughed and said do you want me to take it back, what do you think and my son ordered a burger with the over easy egg in like the menu shows and they put scrambled eggs instead, my wife ordered a salad ? mind you and we paid almost $100 for this lil meal, I will never go back there again, first and last time I'm going and same goes for my family, to make matters worse, the waitress never even came for refills or check on us, which we had two sweet teas which we paid $10 that's crazy she only came out when we're leaving, unbelievable ? cocos no thank you..

Food was not up to standards. My avocado in my salad was brown. Stale croutons, we asked for no pico in burrito and it came with pico. Hangover burger was made with scrambled eggs when we wanted it just like menu. Was never asked how we wanted our egg. Was overcharged after looking at the receipt at home. Server didn't seem knowledgeable about food items. For the price we payed, it was a huge disappointment.

Came here for breakfast on Friday. I had a bunch of rewards money racked up in the app for a free meal. When I went to pay, I pulled my phone out, and the lady behind the register said, "we don't take apple Pay." I replied, "You guys don't honor the app?" (I didn't specify the cocos app and probably could have communicated that) she said "no," so I gave her my card, and she swiped it. While the receipt was printing, I made a comment saying, "It's weird. I can get rewards here from the cocos app but can't use them," she said. "Oh, you can use them. How much did you have" I showed her my redeem screen which was for $25 (my meal was $16) she threw away the receipt that I never totaled or signed and said I was good. Today, I checked my online banking and was charged the $16 dollars I wasn't expecting to pay. Everything else about my visit was fine.

This particular cocos is not the same since the change of ownership. The food quality has gone down. The amount of options have disappeared. Me and my family don’t think we’ll be coming back to this particular cocos.

Grand reopening? Not sure where within the restaurant. Breakfast was barely warm, coffee was like water, so disappointing. Cold avocado inside a barely warm omelet only made it colder faster, what a waste of food and money. I will say, the servers were kind. I will not return.

After the "remodel" 10/7/2023So what has changed? Food is the same not overwhelming. Service was so so, food was fast to get to the table but paying the bill took longer then expected. Now atmosphere. Im not sure who did the remodel. Lamps are all diffrent colors, 3k color temp or 4k...blinds dont come fully down and are each a different hight.I didnt cheek out the bathrooms but im not sure what exactly the closed for. ?

My breakfast was on the counter for almost 8min . Rachel Waitress was on the phone taking order while my food was siiting there getting cold. I had already finish my cup of coffee. Waiting for refill also. She could of told the other waitress to bring me my food. Other customers were getting their food before me . Bad Customer Service. I dont recommend this Coco in Glendora. I recommend West Covina Cocos. I only paid for my coffee. Rachel said don't worry about it , at least you didn't pay for your breakfast. Rude to say. That not the point. Waist of my time.

The restaurant discontinued their wonderful house dressing. The chicken on the cob salad was dry and some of the lettuce was dirty.
