Super friendly staff and huge portions, so come hungry! Hormone-free ingredients that they use are so full of flavor. Truly crispy french fries. (Double fried?) And then there is the thick-cut Duroc bacon. What else is there to say but get here ASAP for a great meal!

Genuinely the BEST burger I've ever had. Peter's Gourmade, The Stand, Shake Shack, Pocket Burger, The Standing Room don't even come close!! The quality of ingredients here are mind blowing, combine that with the size of their portions and the value you get here puts this place in another league. CRFT genuinely has it all. Would love to see this place open 7 days a week again

I placed an order online on a Sunday during posted regular hours, and the system took the order. I was disappointed to get here with a sign saying that the place closed early. I e-mailed the business about the experience and to see if I could just come back during open hours to fulfill the order. I also tried calling during business hours. No answer.I did come back the following week earlier and let one of the ladies know what happened, and she found the order, went ahead and prepared it, and brought it to my table.The price of the smash burger isn't bad at all. There are places that charge $3-$4 more. The quality is pretty good, and the ingredients are tasty.The overall experience was middle of the road with hours, not shutting down online ordering if the business closes earlier, and lack of response.Ambiance is chill. They do have complimentary Wi-Fi. The burger is pretty good. Fries are okay. Sodas/drinks are standard.This place is worth a shot if you're curious.

S tier burgers and great service.But look at the fries I got - they’re like double fried so they’re crunchy as chips and totally lacking in potato taste/texture. Ugh…Maybe I just went on a bad fry day. We’ll see.
Glendora is not usually a place I go to a lot, living in Pasadena; however, after Yelp named this place Best Burger in California -- how could I not give it a try?Let me tell you -- it definitely ranked high! We went on 06/16/2023 at about 6:30PM. It was moderately busy, but not that bad. They have changed hours somewhat recently are only open 4 days a week.You will also notice that the board to the right as you enter does not have prices listed. That isn't because of inflation -- actually opposite. I think when they opened last year, they priced things a little too high. Now the prices have moderated a bit -- to a level that I think is quite acceptable, and I would definitely return again at current prices.The two of us shared the chopped cheeseburger bacon fries. Oh my! These were oh so good.. The double fried fries, cheeseburger, bacon, secret sauce. They were just simply delicious!We, of course had two burgers. One of them was the California 8oz w/ Avocado and one was the Shroom Burger 8oz. We split both of them and they were absolutely delicious. Good, greasy burgers, the way they were meant to be. I would definitely return again. With the fries, it was a little bit too much food for the two of us; however, still an excellent Friday treat.

Came here for lunch today with my family. We tried the sloppy Joe, the classic burger, the California burger. All were very fresh. The buns are cooked to perfection. The produce on it is all fresh. The french fries were cooked and fresh. the onion rings were delicious. The bathroom was decorated cute and very clean. Soft music playing staff was friendly.

So the good thing is that they lowered their astronomical prices back down to earth since the last menu that was posted by a Yelper. I almost didn't come in based on that photo that listed burgers at over $15...but their website showed a different price, so I came in to check it out bc I had a Restaurants.com certificate to use w/them.The onion rings are good and the fries--I have ALWAYS hated steak fries, the thick cut ones, bc they're not crunchy. But these are CRUNCHY STEAK FRIES!! Whaaaa??? How do they do that? The milkshake was great too.The 4oz burger was good, but not great. At least it's priced relatively fairly, I think. I also think it is RIDICULOUS to charge extra for lettuce, which IMHO is like the cheapest vegetable out there. The grilled onions were a miniscule smattering of diced onions (think of a McDonald's cheeseburger--yes, about that amount). I don't know how much money they're saving that way. But tastewise, it was good.

Top notch customer service and the food was explosively delicious. Not to mention the texture of my burger and onion rings was so so so perfect. How have I not been here before?? Will be coming back to try the milkshakes.

Always have loved your food, but the prices kept me from making this my go to burger place. Your new prices rock, and with the portion size gives a great deal. My absolute favorite is the Sloppy Joe and Onion Rings. I have had most your menu and everything is solid, so I recommend anyone who understands flat top burgers and amazing ingredients give everything a try. Oh, and customer service is fantastic, employees have always made things right and the crew on 5/17 deserve props!
