Y'all, I don't understand the negative reviews here. Maybe I have just been lucky?? While Domino's for me personally, is not my top choice for pizza (you can't blame me after I about died and went to heaven eating NYC pepperoni pizza from a highly rated hole in the wall there), this is still one of my kid's favorite and regular asks, I'd say, at least once a week. The pizza is solid and service is always friendly. The last time I had a pick up order, there was delivery guy just parking and coming back in. He saw me walking toward the front and sped up a bit to get there before me so he could hold the door open for me! I mean, WOW. That just doesn't happen very much anymore. "Jessica" was working the front and was nothing less than courteous and friendly. I will continue coming to this location despite the less than great reviews.

Place is a joke what's the point of me "stacking up points " and receiving free items for being loyal when I have to buy something minimum of 15 $ for me to even get my free item . Wanted it delivered and wanted to pay for the delivery but they said they had a 15$ minimum tried explaining my free pizza is equivalent to that and still there like no ... makes no sense .

We came an hour before closing, but they were closed when we got there. We're new to the area, I'd understand if we just simply didn't make it on time but the person in the front completely ignored us as we knocked loud and continuously. Not even a glance to be kind enough to tell us why they were closed. Very rude to purposely ignore a person like that. Chubby guy with the long hair and glasses, do better. This is definitely not something I'd like to go back to. We then went to another Domino's around the area and we're not upset over them being closed, just content over being acknowledged. Customer service plays a big role in client retention.

I tried to call costumer service for two days to talk with someone about my recent visit at Glendora Domino's Pizza on 9-20-2023 and their employee health violations and they don't have live person only Domino's support Bot so I gave copy of receipt and copy of my review - today is 9-30-2023 I received no call back from costumer service or the Glendora store #7818 ,there non actions speak volumes they don't care to talk to customer or respond to serious health violations by their employees , so you have been warned Again about Glendora Domino's pizza and their corporate offices , I will update my yelp. ! Review to let people know about Domino's. Joe I wouldn't even give one star but yelp requires at least one star to post

I always order delivery from this location and we loved it until tonight. I always order my pizza well done and it was always cooked to perfection. Tonight was a different story. I will post the pics and they will say it all. There is well done and then there's this.....,,BURNT ! Very upsetting and frustrating especially when your really hungry and get burnt pizza that you would not even give it to your dog as scraps. The service and delivery driver were great unlike the pizza

If I could give zero I would! I've had so many problems with this Domino's but today takes the cake. I had preordered pizza for a soccer party because I needed them at 10:45z I arrived to pick up my pizzas only to be told the manager was running late and he was the only one who knew how to make the pizzas! Was given no recourse other than "well give you refund." So as I'm leaving the manager is strolling up without a care in the world. I told him I needed the pizzas and he just kept on strolling with noUrgency at all!!! WTF?!!
