Absolute terrible service.I ordered here today at this restaurant for a 5:15 delivery, and my dasher came at 5:00.I get some people have trouble with my location, but after confirming he was in the same parking lot as me, I told him to drive to the front of the parking lot where I was waiting.It's only been 5 minutes and this man keeps yelling, "Hello? Hello? Hello? Where are you? I said I was here and your not here!!".He kept yelling a couple other things that I could not understand because of his heavy language, but he moved to a new location, without my approval, and misdirected me into a completely different parking lot.So not only was I frustrated walking around the wrong parking lots, but this man continued to yell at me, giving me the wrong parking lot name.He finally saw me walking by and called out to me, and with the most michevious smile and said "Oops, sorry."This is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated like this, nor should any employee be allowed to get away with this.I still know his name too, if this location would like any more information about my dasher.

I just went this week and let me say I was impressed. I was hoping to not get disappointed like before , they have become more friendly and fast. Their quality of food was great as well I asked for juicy and juicy I received. Thank you I was satisfied with my purchase.

They were fast juicy chicken the way i asked for, they gave me all my salsas, my chiles serranos that i requested and to top it off they were able to give me plates and utensils no need to make a second stop!!!

Ordered a 12pc Family meal that comes with 3 large sides. When I got home the pinto beans were like pinto bean soup. The large rice was 1/2 full and the corn had old brothers corn with fresh yellow corn ?They took care of my concerns abruptly and apologized and they were more than generous. The manager said that that is how corporate wants it done to keep food costs down. El Pollo Loco has the most expensive food, smallest chicken, and the large portions would barely feed 3. I feel sorry for the employees, they're just following corporate rules. Forget about the customer, how much money did you save us. ?

Ordered in the drive through a burrito without avocado as I'm allergic to avocado and another burrito that had avocado for my girlfriend. When I got home the foil on my girlfriend's burrito had an avocado sticker the foil on mine did not have that sticker, with that I assumed I had the right burrito. As I took a bite into my burrito I noticed I got a mouthful of guacamole. Both burritos ended up having avocado and I ended up having to take Benadryl for my allergic reaction. This is not the first time I've had issues with this el pollo loco messing up my order I understand mistakes happen I've worked fast food earlier in my life, but a mistake to the extent where it jeopardizes a customers health is completely unacceptable. I did state to the employee of my allergy but that was clearly ignored. I won't be returning to el pollo loco anytime soon with this clear incompetence and lack of care for their customers health. I would recommend anyone with food allergy to stay clear of here.

The beans were to hard. The chicken was shredded to tiny pieces. More rice than anything on the pollo bowl.

So I came for lunch, the heavy set short lady with the heavy make up, took my order I asked for a pollo bowl and got three tacos, I should've checked my receipt before leaving, which I didn't. When I got my lunch, I told the guy that I had ordered a bowl not tacos when he asked the girl what happened she said I ordered tacos. The lady has a heavy accent. I cannot understand how T for tacos and P for Pollo sound the same lol she sounded offended when the guy asked her, I speak perfect English so I know she heard me right or I thought. Also soda machine is filthy I don't know how people get drink from it. P.S. all the guys are super nice

Avocado salad, no avocado. Avocado chicken tacos, no avocado. The pollo bowl had like 4 small pieces of chicken. Horrible just like the rest of the reviews.

Usually the food is great, especially when they make it right. Fast and efficient sure, accurate? Not so much. I drove thru for 2 double chicken salads. I thought I had checked the order throughly but when I got home a salad was missing. I'm sick, I can't just go back. So frustrated with myself. Tried to call, an answering machine picked up and disconnected me. What happed toCustomer service that includes GETTING WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND RECIEVING YOU'RE CORRECT ORDER. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? I SHOUL NOT HAVE TO GO BACK! Rant over, not sure if I'll return. Unhappy regular customer.
