This location is aite. Had a few mishaps where our gift card wasn't going through and having to have my bowl remade because they gave us a medium instead of a large that we paid for. Overall location is ok the smoothies were good but service seem just aite

On 04/23/22 went to this get some juices. Placed my order and asked if they gave triple A discounts. The cashier asked the redhead young lady in the back and she replied what the f*** are they asking for. I was like wow. Normally I would have left my Kids were thirsty So we grabbed our drinks and left this was a horrible experience. This was not good customer service I just asked a simple question.

I am actually extremely disappointed in my experience today. My smoothies has no flavor. Ordered 2 açaí bowls and clearly put that I have a banana and coconut allergy and banana is on top of my bowl. Both bowls are extremely watered down and couldn't even make it 4 mins home before they were completely melted. I can't even eat my bowl. Nothing was made accurately. My other bowl is missing toppings. Just an overall horrible experience. Manager isn't at the store so they took my name down to get a call back. Which has happened before and got no call back. Even more disappointing that this is the only close store but I shouldn't have to drive back to get my order correct when I was clear with what I wanted and allergies I have initially.

I usually stick to jamba when I'm craving a smoothie...(that's hit or miss on being good) so today I decided to try this place. Big mistake. Who makes a pina colada with banana?!?! No taste of coconut or pineapple. Just banana! Wasnt even thick like a smoothie. More like a kerns nectar out of the can- at best. Lets talk price now.... $9 for the large I know prices are up all over but $9! Jamba isn't much cheaper but 3 bucks more is excessive imo for a glorified juicy juice. Customer service was non existing also. I walked in and the one young gentleman working there didn't even acknowledge me for several minutes while he chatted with someone else about a vitamin and a protein powder. I didn't know I walked into GNC! Tell the person you're conversating with to hang on so you can help and greet the next customer in line. Get it together Juice it up! As much as I tried to drink it since I spent that money, 3/4 of it went in the trash at the Chevron station.

I come here all the time. I ordered 5 drinks, and the only guy here has served 2 people who came after me so far that I've counted. I have 2 smoothies that have been sitting there for about 25 minutes as he served other people. When I complained he said he was trying to do everybody at the same time and to go ahead and report him.

I was there tonight..1-4-22...the workers shooed me away 30 mins until closing!! Really? Because they wanted to leave early? This new generation blows. Entitled kids who doesn't want to work. You lost our business forever. I was a regular. I will tell my friends and family too.

The guy that took my order was extremely nice!! Excellent service and he was helpful in answering questions I had about the Protein Açaí Bowl I was getting. I have been wanting to get more smoothies/smoothie bowls to be healthier and this place will definitely be my go-to place!! The large acai protein bowl is about 11$, but it is huge and will give me two breakfast meals!! So I believe it is worth it :) Love this place.
Came in today because I was craving for dragon fruit bowl. I was really disappointed. Check out the picture. I come here because I know they do a great job of how the portions size of the bowls are and at lease my the $10.75 Worth it. Very disappointed on my order.

This is fourth time here. Usually after a hike. I always get the greens smoothie. Today the blender was not working correct so the worker kept adding water. The final result was horrible tasted like water nothing like my past experiences here. This was more a result of bad training and possible equipment failure. Could not fault the girl as she was just doing what she could. Probably would give it another shot based on past experiences.

This family owned franchise is great! Customer service is outstanding. I know they were short staffed recently, as many business’s are. But looks like they just hired more employees, which is great! Açaí smoothie is my favorite. Also, the super fusion bowl is great! Support your local small business’s!
