Pulled up and was told that I was cash only even though cash only is from 11:00 PM until 12:10 AM (trust me, we all know it happens at that time) . After getting lied by staff I pulled over on the side of the street to call the restaurant and ask if it was cash only at the moment. Miguel proceeds to lie saying that he's "checking" and a couple of seconds later after that response lies again saying it just open.Like damn, you getting paid $20 and still can't work? You lazy!Manager "Miguel" (I know you gave me a different name you wanna be smart)

hated this so much. messed up my order. the worker had an attitude with me. gave me the wrong order. when i asked for my correct order they gave me a bag of the wrong order AGAIN and kicked me out without letting me say anything. i had to go through the drive thru again to reorder. did not receive my mcflurry, spicy mcchicken, chicken nuggets but was giving four french fries that i did not order and was charged for it. never go here again. very bad customer service. do not recommend.

THE WORSTDONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY HAVE ABOVE A 3.5+ review it should be a 1 startTHEY ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR ORDER ! Even after you pay , they don’t accept your rewards , they give you so much attitude especially after 10:00pm ! I WILL TAKE THIS TO CORPORATE, this is the worst store I have ever been too ! This should store should be under review!

This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!! And FOOD!! Most all late comers at this location is from staff around at local hospitals and we all work NOC even the kids at the McDonalds.. the kid that always where’s a beanie and so rude to me and I’m one to always say thankyou and please.. food is ALWAYS luke warm buns are usually HARD AS A ROCK.. Never get a receipt so I don’t know the kids name.. I will never go to this location AGAIN and won’t be eating McDonalds anytime soon!! You need to get new staff their always joking around back there.. I get it have fun at work but not to your customers expense!!!

Beware…..the staff here will get mad if you redeem your hard earned McDonald’s points. They take it upon themselves to punish you. As if they are related to Ronald McDonald himself.I ordered 2 large fries that amounted to 2 small fries within Large size container. Also, fries were exceedingly covered in oil. Burgers were slapped together very sloppy, and wrapped with the paper inside out on purpose. It was like a 3 year old had wrapped all of my burgers, and measured out the french fries.

The drive thru staff messed up an item in my mobile order. Didn't give me a receipt. Item was discovered after I got home and I tried calling just to get a refund and was yelled at that no refunds could be given over the phone and I had to come back to the restaurant with the receipt and the incorrect food to get my $3.50 back. Seriously?
